We came to the Aquafon salon with the need to buy a SIM card for calls to Russia and minimal Internet, the girl picked up an excellent tariff for us and quickly arranged everything. When registering, I took my passport, as it should be according to the rules, but most importantly:
Initially, we bought a SIM card from another operator, calls to Russia did not work there and we had to return it, not without problems.
After that, we went to Aquafon, told the manager our situation, and she offered to call from her phone to the number we need in Russia, check if the call would go through, even offered to talk to relatives, since we called them, despite the fact that we called from her phone, and if everything is fine, buy an Aquafon SIM card!!!! That's what we did. The call even went to the Russian home number.
The phone and Internet worked perfectly all the way in all regions and places of Abkhazia. When checking the balance, you immediately receive a message with the remaining minutes, SMS and GB of the tariff. Very convenient. The Internet package was not spent as fast and heavily as we expected. 5GB was enough for 2 weeks from using WiFi whenever possible.
This is the approach that should be taken to clients, professional work.

Hello, I want to tell everyone: I bought a SIM for my wife, in Russia myself, as a result, there was no connection, I had to call roaming on Esim, it worked, and my wife could not call anyone or the Internet took the tariff constructor 2.0 s WhatsApp unlimited. As a result, I started writing to support, the problem was solved, but it took about three hours.
Tip: after buying an e-SIM, it turns out that you need to put more money on it for a positive balance, despite the fact that the tariff with the Internet and minutes were paid, I put 100 rubles and the second Internet setup tip after them everything will work. Go to the SIM card settings and you need to create an access point (apn) or if you already have to make changes, I wrote the Internet everywhere.That is,:

But the girls of the employee were met with a dissatisfied face, they answered questions reluctantly, they did not tell about the tariffs (even after the request), they just immediately offered the most expensive one. Therefore, the impressions were not very positive.

The Internet is working, but again not for long.
The operator informs: there was an international call, the balance is negative, top up the balance .....
I check the call history- it's empty.
Again, the connection with the operator: ah, you have the replace call service connected and therefore the balance is negative :). Again, replenishment for 30 rubles, entering short commands to disable services .......
In general: I really do not advise. They constantly connect something so that you have a minus and block the ability to use the mobile Internet.
Instead of resting, you are engaged in maintaining the Internet in your smartphone.

I tried to issue an e-sim - I just threw the money away. I can't activate the card in any way. You write to the support service - they respond with a copy paste with absolutely useless recommendations. You also wait for each answer for half an hour. If you are trying to find out something for which they do not have prepared answers, then they are sent to the CAO, which is located far away and - goodbye!

I bought a tourist SIM card for 100 rubles, to activate the tariff, I had to top it up by 400 rubles. I made the payment through their website, through Sberbank online. The money did not arrive, 2 days later I wrote to them in support and asked them to resolve this issue. As a result, no one knows anything, no one understands anything, they wrote an unsubscribe, your request was sent to a specialist, wait from 3-5 days, by this time the vacation will end and the SIM card will no longer be needed. It seems that the operator is not reliable, it is quite possible that they are still engaged in fraud.
