It is not very convenient that you need to change your shoes right at the entrance near the reception, and there it seems to be cramped and not comfortable for others. Probably there was just no administrator, there was only a girl at the reception, no one showed me where (I was there for the first time), I never found the hammam, although I wasn't going to yet, but I couldn't get out of the locker room into it. Positive. The pool itself, the water is pleasant. I study with Alyona Fyodorovna, before that I studied with her in Shakhristan, a wonderful coach with a wonderful assistant 😌
Minuses. The locker room is not very comfortable compared to Shahristan, for example - there is not much space, there are only 3 hair dryers, sometimes I wait in line. And the wardrobe is not very comfortable

Бассейн очень удобный в расположении, внутренний убранство в частности душевые и раздевалка тоже неплохом состоянии. Персонал доброжелательный и лучших и общительный мне всё понравилось.

Тренер Виктор Валерьевич Ванк научил меня правильно плавать на спине и поставил правильную дыхательную технику. Всю жизнь плавала и думала что умею, а вышла с занятия с прямой осанкой и размятой спиной впервые. Очень чуткий, грамотный в своём деле мастер и очень приятный человек. У него занимаются мой муж, коллеги, друзья, теперь и я. Всем рекомендую пойти на тренировки к Виктору Вангу, он также готовит к соревнованиям, к Аквамену. Имя этого тренера передается по всей Алмате сарафанным радио, люди его хвалят и я сама убедилась в этом лично, поэтому очень рекомендую и вам! Тренирует он в аквастарс на Гоголя.

Водим сыночка в этот бассейн. Тренер нам очень нравится. Действительно занимаются с детками.
Единственное пожелание побольше стульчиков для ожидающих и переобувающихся хотелось бы а то иногда стоим ждем ребенка.

Один из самых отвратительных бассейнов, в которых я бывал.
1. Ценник задран выше некуда (сравниваю с Москвой)
2. Полотенце при такой наглости с ценами не дают.
3. Раздевалки сделаны из самых дешевых шкафчиков без ручек (я действительно часто встречаюсь с проблемой когда я не могу быстро открыть свой шкафчик, потому что там нет ручки).
4. Но самое ужасное, что в бассейне воняет тухлятиной или непонятно чем, я не могу стоять отдыхать на одной из сторон бассейна или дышать носом — там воняет.
5. Ужасно перегружен для свободного плавания, минимум 5-6 человек на дорожке, все толкаются, никакого удовольствия от плавания не получается.
Резюмируя — если есть возможность найти другой бассейн, где будет меньше людей и чище вода — крайне рекомендую. Месячный абонемент продолжать не буду. Не рекомендую никому туда ходить.

Тренеры классные, весь персонал хороший, но сам комплекс тесный, раздевалки маленькие, душевых и санузлов мало, в «час пик» вообще все на головах друг у друга.

Вполне приятный бассейн. 25 метров, есть сауна.
Берёшь тренера - за бассейн платить не надо. Есть 4 тренировки в месяц
