Sooo expensive queue. I came 3 days in a row on weekdays, and I couldn't get it (I waited more than 2 hours and most likely would have waited the same amount). New coupons are constantly appearing in the queue (it looks like online registration) and because of this it turns out that instead of 10 people, at some point there are already 15 in front of you. 😣
There is no point in applying for an online ticket yourself, because you come and wait the same way, no estimated deadlines are shown in the application, and if you are at least 5 minutes late, then start applying from the beginning. Apparently, you need to be a professional queuing here in order to somehow get through.
On Saturday, in another department, after I waited, they said that they did not prepare the documents I needed on weekends, come on weekdays. 🤯No documents are processed online either.
The second star for the service, because when I finally got there, they helped me politely and professionally. In order to transfer to another specialist, it was not necessary to reissue the coupon - they transferred it themselves according to the current one.

Infringement of rights and division on the basis of nationality per person. We are all equal! And it's terrible to separate people, remember this is Ararat Bank! Slovenian lives matter!

It's a disgusting office.
If you take a coupon for working with an account (or servicing plastic cards), then you will not succeed. I went on two different days and faced the same situation: 0 people were called in an hour and a half, although the staff say that everything works.
There is almost no place to sit. There are a couple of places, but they are always occupied. Tobacco locomotives are constantly parked on the street in front of the entrance.
It's an absurdity, not an office.
