The worst place to get money from the Russian Federation was waiting in line for more than an hour, while my turn for the coupon did not come to the bank by this time it was already closing. Out of 5 employees, only 1 is working. It's just awful.

The staff is good, it is convenient to wait, the queue is not large, mostly or after 16:00, there is rarely a queue and it takes 3-4 minutes to wait
