Everything is great on the Arbat, but cyclists, scooters and cars do not allow you to fully relax. Cyclists and scooters do not follow the rules (ride on a special track), I'm going straight to the children. Cars near the Cone should be prohibited from entering at all. There are places nearby where you can park your car and walk 100m to the cafe. And so they also go to brazen, people are afraid to walk there normally.

Honestly, I didn't like it. There were special evenings, yes-lanterns, yes-a bunch of souvenir shops and cafes, yes-musicians sing for money, BUT there is no highlight. Those who visited Bauman in Kazan and Weiner in Yekaterinburg will understand what I mean. There are no sculptures, no space and scope, it's boring.

Конечно Арбатом назвать можно с натяжкой и есть масса нюансов, но видно что город старается и поэтапно решает вопросы. Не хватает фонтане, но он есть за поворотом напротив Хлебокомбината

в 7 часов вечере темно пусто и холодно смотреть не на что. Дикие пробки что бы доехать в центре. Хорошо хоть с парковкой вокруг проблем нет. Летом поинтереснее.
Но в отличие от других городов, есть теплый туалет
