The Service in Almaty IS TERRIBLE. Half of the order was not delivered!!!!!! And they took the payment for the full order!!!!!!!! They say you bought it for charity. As for the refund, if you hit it every day, they may respond once a week requesting your data, and at one point they will simply stop responding, and it will not come to a refund. Orders are canceled unilaterally without approval and notification, although push notifications are enabled, money is debited from the card and then returned, but when you see them, the scheduled delivery time will have already passed.
