Hello,
My husband and I travelled from Iran to Murmansk, and we booked the entire tour online. When we arrived, everything was delivered just as promised.
The Arctic Freedom team was excellent. They were always responsive and ready to help.
The tour had great guides. They were kind, made an effort to communicate, explained everything thoroughly, and ensured we had an enjoyable time.
Talking to Adam was very easy because he was fluent in English. He was full of energy and extremely friendly.
We had a great time with Alex. He was very kind, although he didn’t fully understand English. Still, he used his phone to help and guide us, which we truly appreciated.
Teriberka village was amazing, and we had a wonderful time there. Alex helped us make the most of our visit.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see the aurora, whales, or dolphins, but we hope to experience them on future trips.
Travelling to Murmansk is unlike any other trip, and I highly recommend it to everyone. Make sure to choose the Arctic Freedom team for an unforgettable experience.

Fast respond from their staff when I contact them via wassap and passion to answer all my questions. They inform us the fix departure date when the aurora activity is already confirm, so we feel more confident to meet the aurora at departure time. The guide, Adam is very cheerfull and communicative. He speaks russian & english, make us easier to communicate. And the most memorable thing is of course when we can see the aurora after 2 hours of driving by car. The aurora looked weak at the first place, but we got the strongest at second place. Wonderfull memories for us, thank you to make it happened

Very responsive, supportive and kind staff especially Valeria & Kirill. Went into two trips. First trip was with Adam who made the trip very joyful, he speaks English, Arabic & Russian fluently, so very easy to communicate with. The second was with Alexey, a friendly guy who speaks English & Russian, we were lucky to get a better Aurora on the second time. 🤩
Thanks to all the team for the amazing trips and support, highly recommended.
