The complex is quite fresh, the rooms are spacious, there is air conditioning, a refrigerator and everything you need, a good shower room. The sound insulation is fine, maybe the neighbors were quiet). The staff answered questions, suggested how best to get to the center and which taxi is better to use (of course, Yandex). I liked the breakfast, there was a buffet, we went in the morning, there was no big queue in the dining room. There are several grocery and household stores nearby, a park and a zoo are nearby (I recommend visiting). The only thing is, it's a long way from the center, by buses with transfers, it's better and faster by taxi (taxi prices are the same as in Moscow).

For those who drive, the location is convenient, Parking is free. My room was spacious and cozy. The refrigerator was working, and so was the air conditioner/heater. The hotel staff was friendly. Check-in at the reception was quick and hassle-free. The cleaning is good. Breakfast was included in the room rate and offered a wide range of dishes. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel and recommend it to anyone who is planning a trip to this city.
