One of our favorite cafes, we regularly try to visit when visiting Vitebsk, one of the establishments of this chain. I think the best pizza in our country is not prepared anywhere except the Arena. For many years I have been a fan of pizza "Venice" in their performance. And I recommend everyone to try it. Also, delicious desserts, sushi and the entire menu are 100% worthy of attention. Nice interior, cozy, despite years of use, furniture and equipment are very high quality and withstand daily operation.

A great place to sit with the whole family. Clean and cozy. There is a children's corner: toys, books, pencils... Polite staff. Fast serving of dishes.

The evening is absolutely ruined.In such a stuffy atmosphere, it was decided to go for something cold.Arriving at a half-empty cafe, we were delighted, thinking that we would quickly get our drinks, but that was not the case.The menu was waited for about 10 minutes, so that at least someone would take the order for the same amount.We ordered 2 lemonades, a milkshake, dessert, ice cream and French fries. After 20 minutes, the French fries were taken out, after waiting another 5 minutes, I went to find out when the rest of the order would be, to which I received this answer with the favor "well, I can bring dessert, but the rest is not".Despite the fact that the dessert fridge was right in front of us.After waiting for another 20 minutes for some reason, we listened to a lot of complaints about the staff and the time of serving dishes, which they snapped at.After asking us to calculate, the waiter wanted to calculate in full until I reminded her and she "remembered" that we received potatoes and dessert from the entire order, and then almost begging. The waiters apparently didn't see the problem, but the evening was completely ruined. From all this, it follows that the family cafe has turned into some kind of eatery where you can be rudely answered and then discuss the client with a colleague (yes, everything was visible and very clearly audible through the mirrored wall).If you don't know how to work, don't take someone's place.
