I would like to share my impressions of your institution! The receptionist didn't even deign to meet us, he was doing anything but us.(by the way, while our passports were being checked, a woman came into the institution, who asked us to take her at the entrance, saying that she was not allowed there)! The waiters did not come to take the order until we ourselves approached the bar, in the future it was difficult to find them, and the table was not cleaned at all, was it self-service? (that is, we sat all evening with empty bottles, napkins, etc.). The presenter skipped the queue, arguing this way: "We didn't miss it, we remember" but for some reason they returned to our table only after a CIRCLE.
When booking, they asked for a comfortable table, preferably behind sofas, as a result, we were seated at the chairs (table 11), where it was very uncomfortable. The table was small, there was nowhere even to put the plates. They reacted to the request to transplant with pathos (who are you to transplant you), and we did not ask for free! And also, when booking, they said about the discount, which they never did.
We had a better opinion of your establishment, but in the end we regretted coming! To be honest, the staff is not ice for such an institution.
