We were with a family (with small children) after the airport at night. I didn't like the girl at the reception. I answered the questions on the phone. She gave us the key to the room , and then we ourselves have to go look for an elevator, find out additionally which floor. That's all she has to say before she gives us the room key. The room itself is clean and cozy.
