If you take your time entering Georgia from the Upper Lars side, then after crossing the pass stop at the Peoples' Friendship Arch. It is always beautiful here in summer, winter and spring. If the roads are dirty or snow-covered, do not spare a few GEL for parking. You can drive another 50-100 m and get up for free
