The story is long, but interesting. In December 2018, my husband and I bought a two-storey house. We bought a block-brick house (according to all documents), and when we started to repair it for ourselves, it turned out that the house was on fire, the first floor was made of rotten log, one wall was half a brick, the house was in disrepair. (2019-2020)Long examinations, trials, proceedings and receiving scanty compensation...In January 2021, it was decided to carry out reconstruction. We contacted "one" office, which was ready to develop a reconstruction plan, but fed us breakfast for 5 months...As a result: the Internet, searches, came across Alexey's blog "Everything about the design and construction of a house", in which there is a huge amount of information that is useful for everyone who started building their house to familiarize themselves with. We called, outlined the situation, and agreed to meet at our "House" to assess the situation. Upon arrival, Alexey was of course shocked by what he saw, but he was the first person who did not talk about the unequivocal demolition of the house, but began to offer solutions to our problem. As strange as it may sound, Alexey has become a "ray of hope" for our family. We have signed a contract for a reconstruction project with some adjustments in the form of adding a terrace, increasing/adding windows and partial redevelopment of rooms. Next, Alexey set up a meeting "with us" with the foreman, the designer and the roofer, who offered various options for strengthening structures. After a long collective discussion of the expediency of carrying out such a large-scale reconstruction and approximate cost of these works, we had a choice: reconstruction or construction of a new house, because the cost of reconstructing a house "for ourselves" was about the same as the construction of a box of a new house. In short, we began to look for our new house among various projects, not only construction projects, but also simple pictures. We explained to Alexey what we would like and he offered us several options from his projects, among which we chose ready-made project No. 863, but with a garage for 2 cars and with some redevelopment of rooms for ourselves. Everything was done clearly, quickly, Alexey was constantly in touch, many hours were spent discussing and explaining to us the intricacies of building our house, helped us decide on the material and type of roof. Alexey is a specialist in his field and the most important thing (in our case) is understanding and responsive. We changed some things during the construction process, but only small details.
