We flew on January 26, 2025 from Yerevan to Moscow, Very friendly staff at the check-in desk, everything is clear on time. The flight was great, starting with a stealthy takeoff and ending with a soft landing. Yes, they don't even give you water, but knowing this, they bought it at the airport, so it's not critical. Thank you for the wonderful flight and the skill of the pilots, after all, this is the most important thing!!!

Yandex rejects negative reviews about this office, it's just disgusting. They rejected both my review and my friend's, who flew with me on this flight. Based on what?
My first and last acquaintance with this auto company.
On 02/19/25, we were supposed to take off on flight Jl-127 from Mineralnye Vody to Yerevan at 13:00. At first, the flight was postponed to 17:00, 20 minutes later it was already at 14:00 and soon it was canceled altogether. They only gave some vague explanations about the unpaved runway, although this version differed from the version of the airport representative and other planes flew according to schedule.
But the most annoying thing is not that the flight was canceled, but the attitude: well, the plane flew to Moscow, you won't leave today, maybe tomorrow it will work, maybe the day after tomorrow…
As a result, we were not offered any solutions to the issue, neither flight replacement, nor postponement. As a result, we went to the office, there were only 6 seats on the next flight on 20.02, the next flight on 22.02.
We spat and went home, but we are very sorry for the people who flew in transit and lost their tickets from Yerevan.
As a result, almost a week has passed, I have already sent 3 letters to the auto company's support service, but I have not received a single response. There are strong doubts that we will be able to get our money back for the canceled flight at all, I'm already silent about the return tickets purchased from another airline.
Take care of your nerves and do not contact this office, it is better to overpay and be calm.
No matter how many complaints I had against Pobeda, they refunded the money for the canceled flight even without a statement, and they automatically credited it to the card within a few hours.
