We flew on January 26, 2025 from Yerevan to Moscow, Very friendly staff at the check-in desk, everything is clear on time. The flight was great, starting with a stealthy takeoff and ending with a soft landing. Yes, they don't even give you water, but knowing this, they bought it at the airport, so it's not critical. Thank you for the wonderful flight and the skill of the pilots, after all, this is the most important thing!!!

To begin with, there are no people working at Sheremetyevo Airport. We flew on 03/23/2025, bought 6 tickets, passed all check-ins, and bought a seat on the plane.We flew to the funeral and we weren't in the mood anyway, and the staff was able to ruin our nerves. While we were passing through the passport, a role that Now for some reason lasts forever, the doors to the samalet were closed in front of our noses and we were not allowed in there. We begged that we were going and we simply could not be late, that the mother of the child who died was already on the plane.No one heard us, they turned our face into a brick, and that's it, even though the plane was supposed to fly in 20-30 minutes. I want to say they didn't announce the latecomers, they decided nothing and took us off the flight.

Yandex rejects negative reviews about this office, it's just disgusting. They rejected both my review and my friend's, who flew with me on this flight. Based on what? My first and last acquaintance with this auto company. On 02/19/25, we were supposed to take off on flight Jl-127 from Mineralnye Vody to Yerevan at 13:00. At first, the flight was postponed to 17:00, 20 minutes later it was already at 14:00 and soon it was canceled altogether. They only gave some vague explanations about the unpaved runway, although this version differed from the version of the airport representative and other planes flew according to schedule. But the most annoying thing is not that the flight was canceled, but the attitude: well, the plane flew to Moscow, you won't leave today, maybe tomorrow it will work, maybe the day after tomorrow… As a result, we were not offered any solutions to the issue, neither flight replacement, nor postponement. As a result, we went to the office, there were only 6 seats on the next flight on 20.02, the next flight on 22.02. We spat and went home, but we are very sorry for the people who flew in transit and lost their tickets from Yerevan. As a result, almost a week has passed, I have already sent 3 letters to the auto company's support service, but I have not received a single response. There are strong doubts that we will be able to get our money back for the canceled flight at all, I'm already silent about the return tickets purchased from another airline. Take care of your nerves and do not contact this office, it is better to overpay and be calm. No matter how many complaints I had against Pobeda, they refunded the money for the canceled flight even without a statement, and they automatically credited it to the card within a few hours.

Hello, I would like to leave my feedback about the company. My husband and I, professors from St. Petersburg, were invited to Yerevan for an international conference. 25.09.2024 .We took connecting tickets to Sheremetyevo, not imagining how much suffering it would end for us. We flew to Sheremetyevo by Aeroflot, and from Moscow we were supposed to fly by Armenian lines. 1. We started to struggle with checking in for the flight at home. It was not possible to do this for free, they paid about 2 thousand rubles for registration. 2. However, at Sheremetyevo, where we arrived at 2 o'clock, we had to spend more than an hour checking in, because our belongings were constantly being weighed, our passports were rechecked, and the queue was long. It was issued only at 3.30. 3. Our exit is 145, we have been walking towards it for a long time. Our belongings were checked again, even though we were actually transit passengers and were being searched in Pulkovo. 4. At customs, we waited in line for another half hour, and when we got out, it turned out that we still had to walk more than one km. 5. Anyway, when we got to our exit, we were a few minutes late. And although the bus was waiting for us, there were 15 minutes left before the plane took off, the proud Armenian girl announced that we would not fly on this flight. And so, we elderly people (my husband is disabled, I have gonarthrosis of the 2nd degree of the knee joints) were removed from the flight. After all, we were at the airport, we weren't late for anything, and we just couldn't get to the very far exit. No one helped, nothing was explained, there was no announcement about the landing. And again we had to fly back to St. Petersburg at night, and then we were under stress for a whole month. Only fascists could treat elderly people like that. We will never fly with this company, and we will never fly to Armenia at all. 12/22/2024.

The most incompetent airline I've ever met in my life!!! They didn't check my hand luggage at the check-in desk, but they saw a suitcase on boarding the plane and decided to check how the suitcase turned out to be wrong, even though I specifically measured it with a centimeter at home, knowing which airline I was flying with! But that was not the case , they did not miss it , they forced me to put everything out , buy bags and put all the things in bags, despite the fact that I said that I did not have Armenian Drams, and I could not buy packages, to which they said it was not our problem, in the end, thanks to the man who stood up for me as best he could Because I couldn 't talk to them anymore , I was in tears , and they didn 't care if 7 men were standing there watching . We bought bags and put all the things in them, and these 7 "men", although I can't call them men, forced me to go and throw out the suitcase myself, which costs more than their salary!!! And yes, thanks to the man passenger who helped me carry things to the plane!!!

Please respond to those who were at the airport on 02/19/25 for the Mineralnye Vody - Yerevan 13:00 flight operated by Armenian Airlines. The flight was canceled, it is not clear whose fault it was, initially it was said that the plane arrived (with passengers from Armenia) saw that the road was not cleared, turned around and flew back, they said that it was not safe, although absolutely all planes arrived on time! many people had nowhere to go, the flight was postponed, and then they said that it was canceled and you were all going home, some came with the last money from far away, there were elderly and children, some had diabetes, but they did not have the opportunity to buy even your salad for 980 rubles, someone flew to the funeral and someone for the wedding. A la director came who looked more like a cleaner and hung up some noodles, later others came and you just laughed at our offer to fly on another plane and said that there was no point in demanding anything and nothing would change, there would be no compensation, they wouldn't even refund the money for the ticket, the airline simply wasn't responding... 100 The man stood there until the last one, then I left and I don't know what happened. But I'm just really sorry for people, you really didn't have the right to do that. Those who shot the video can send me a video, I plan to go to court so that if Armenian Airlines cannot work, then let Mineralnye Vody terminate the contract with them! I also plan to fly to Armenia with another airline and deal with this issue because I have seen many reviews about exactly the same situation, if Armenia cannot work with airplanes, then let it not disgrace its nation with its terrible attitude towards the people of its own people.

We bought tickets for flight JI-123 on 12/20/2024 at 13:30, but our flight was first delayed, and then canceled and replaced by another airline. As a result, we took off at 21:40 We spent 12 hours at the airport, we were kept in a small room where there were no places to sit and there was nothing to breathe from the number of people, as they told us about the flight delay very late, when we had already passed passport control, although our plane had not yet taken off from Yerevan and the airline knew about the delay in advance. We were all very sick, we were hungry and fainted from lack of air and stress. The flight was constantly postponed and we did not understand whether we would take off today or not. People were with small children, we were with a dog, half of the people were sitting on the floor and we didn't understand what was going on. It's just not human. Do not use this airline!

It's a shock!Arriving at Sochi airport 2 hours before departure from Novorossiysk, I could not find the flight on the scoreboard.No flight information.I accidentally came across the same "unfortunate woman" who said that the flight was canceled.Not a single employee of the company at the airport, no SMS, no e-mail, nothing!!!For me, it was a transit flight with a hotel booked in Yerevan and a further flight to Dusseldorf and from there by train to Munich.All tickets are paid and non-refundable in such a short time.The phone number indicated on the ticket rings "into the sky".I did not receive an answer to the email.Zero information.No reply, no greetings. It's a shock!!This is the first time in my life, although I fly very often and with different companies.Delays-yes, cancellations-yes, but without warning, explanation, apology and suggestion of at least some alternative??!!This bottom is simple!I don't recommend it to anyone ever again.Terrible airline!!!

Despite pre-registration, there were huge queues at the counters. It didn't do any good to do it in advance. The plane is a garbage dump, and in the truest sense of the word. Try to lift the seat cushion, you will be amazed at what you can find there. The seats are terribly uncomfortable, the flight attendants are rude. We flew back and forth, both times the pilot decided that it was a complete mess to fly on time, and he arrived half an hour or forty minutes earlier. How did he do it? A sudden downward descent at breakneck speed. One person became unbearably ill due to pressure drops, and hearing was lost for a long time; unbearable pain in the ears, which spread throughout the head. I've never seen agony in people's eyes before. I do not recommend using the services of this airline, take care of your health

It's a terrible airline, I've never encountered such irresponsibility before.. People cancel the flight without informing about it in any way! An adult retired woman, my grandmother, goes to the airport herself to clarify, but when will the flight be again? Because no one is answering calls and messages. They have already canceled the flight twice, although planes from other airlines fly from Yerevan every day. So the question is, if you are not ready to take responsibility for the passenger, if you are not ready to transport people, WHY ARE YOU SELLING TICKETS? It is also impossible to contact and find out when the refund will take place..!

My grade is the lowest! 20.12.2024 Flight JI-100 departs at 02:05, the plane took off but did not reach Mesa! In flight, he allegedly broke down, turned around and arrived back in Yerevan! Then they published that this aircraft was not serviced and was not diagnosed for a long time. Then there was a complete mess. Armenian Airlines did not take any action to eliminate the clutter in the office. : - 200 passengers were rushing to replace tickets for other flights, - people fainted in the crush, became hysterical and rowdy. - only 1 airline employee worked, and 5 people just stood there and did nothing to explain and reassure passengers. We were one of the first to get to this office and within 2 hours there was no information on ticket replacement, they offered a flight for 22.23.12. Many, including us, had to buy new tickets for a new flight on our own (probably this was what the airline intended), The price difference is significant. Have you tried to issue a refund - will they refund you? And the difference in price - how much will you get back? We spent more than 18 hours at the airport and the airline did not provide any compensation (only a glass of water.. it's creepy). Who will compensate for the moral, physical and material damage? I'm going to court. This is not acceptable,

We are in Milan now, we have to fly home on 16.12, Milan-Yerevan-Moscow tickets and we bought Moscow-Yekaterinburg separately. In the evening, I receive a message from this airline: "Your flight has been canceled" and that's it. That is, we will fly from Milan to Yerevan, and then what? Should I walk? There are no flights on this date and, it turns out, we will lose tickets from Moscow to Yekaterinburg. This is the first time I've encountered this, although I've flown a lot, there were delays, but just canceling the flight and not offering anything is just *****.

We bought a ticket for the Yerevan-Moscow flight of this airline on December 18. We bought it on the airline's website. On December 14, a simple notification arrives by e-mail - the flight has been canceled. There are no messages when and how the money will be refunded. There is no response by e-mail or phone. The website in the personal account simply states that the flight has been canceled, and there is also no information about the refund. There are no rules on the terms and procedure for refunds in case of flight cancellation on the website. It looks like a scam - they sold tickets just to not carry out the flight and not return the money.

It's a disgusting airline, I'll never advise anyone and I won't fly myself!!! They returned the flight, which had already reached Minsk, then lined up people along the wall like sheep, without explaining anything. The next day, we took off with a delay of 50 minutes, sat in a stuffy plane.Naturally, we missed the train, we had to catch up with the train to Nevinnomyssk by taxi with two children!!! It was a terrible trip, and they discouraged any desire to visit Armenia.

I bought two round-trip tickets (02/14/24-December 16/02.24) to Yerevan, three days before departure we marked the flight there, the next day the flight back!!! Accordingly, tickets had to be bought urgently and at a different price than when you buy in advance! Moreover, the flights were not postponed, but simply canceled without explanation! I hope the money will be refunded!!!!!!!

I am flying with this airline for the second time in 6 months. Very high-quality service, friendly staff and attentive flight attendants. I fly a lot, but for the first time I was told to take off one earphone during takeoff for my own safety. I was pleasantly surprised, although the other passengers were grumbling. I am very happy with the flight, I definitely recommend this airline. When choosing an air ticket, you will be my priority. P.S. The pricing policy is also good. And most importantly, without delay! Thanks !!! Don't believe the bad reviews. There are people who are always unhappy with everything . The staff is trying for all of us, there is no need to make the airline bad because of this. The question of thinking and literacy . As for paid check-in (by the way, in almost all airlines it is paid due to the choice of seats ), it is online, if you want it for free, go to the airport.

Scammers. They do not refund the money for the flight JI-126 purchased and canceled by them on 04/07/2025 Armenian Airlines. Their reason is "fleet renewal"! There is no way to contact the airline, the claim is not accepted (when entering, the booking number is substituted). The "Cupibilet" through which they bought it was also abandoned.

We flew from Sheremetyevo to Yerevan. Only hand luggage was purchased on the ticket. They found fault harshly, they had to fit both a large bag and a small one into the calibrator, and also go by weight. The staff at the registration are extremely unfriendly, I do not know who forces them, but they monitor every millimeter, so that God forbid the bag does not even look out of the calibrator by a millimeter. But we had everything fit and didn't have to pay extra. There was no particular rudeness on board, in general, the flight attendants behaved normally, although there was no particular joy on their faces and it was clear how they were all annoyed. By the way, the plane was extremely old and battered. We flew away and landed on time, which is a plus. In general, it seems like nothing like that, but the sediment remained. I would like to wish the heads of the airline to stop psychologically traumatizing their employees, and to start treating passengers like people.

I don't know why the rating is low. I assure you - your flight will be comfortable and fast. (I speak as a picky person to a/k) I didn't see anything like what was previously written about dirt in the cabin or about rude staff who also chatted a lot during the flight. On our flights, the stewards and stewardesses changed, but 1 person got the same one. Everyone sat quietly during the flight. The interior was clean. I flew on May 26 from Moscow to Yerevan and also on June 29 back. The flight was without delays, we arrived in Yerevan even earlier than the scheduled time. With luggage, you don't get nervous if you have a slight advantage (1kg, for example) - I think this is a big plus. They are issued on arrival almost immediately, you do not need to wait a hundred hours later! The staff is excellent (stewards and stewardesses and pilots) We took off easily, the landing was soft. After all, Armenian airlines are always pilots on top in terms of flights! Thank you for the pleasant experience! I recommended it to my friends and relatives. I will fly again)

They were supposed to fly from Moscow to Yerevan on 02.10.24 (SVO, flight JI101 at 05:50). We arrived at the airport in advance and passed the inspection. The ticket indicated the end time of boarding at 05:30 (Usually, airlines indicate the START and end times of boarding on the ticket). We did not notice that this is exactly the time of the end of the landing. We were NOT ANNOUNCED as delayed at the airport! By 05:30 we were boarding. Natalia S. Klimushkina, a representative of the airline, met us and sarcastically said that she was not going to allow us to board, because the time was 05:31. Boarding ends at 5:30. Yes, technically she's right, but: 1) The boarding start time was not indicated on the ticket; 2) We were not announced (as others do. airlines); 3) Given the unpleasantness of the situation, for us, instead of somehow showing sympathy, at least in words, N.S. Klimushkina was sarcastic with her powers. 4) Where is the guarantee that the airline's watch showed the correct time? Our watch showed 05:29. 5) Often the airlines themselves delay flights for 5-15 minutes or more. At the same time, passengers do not have any rights to demand a refund of the ticket, to remove luggage if there are delays of 1-2 minutes. AEROFLOT-5 POINTS. The quality of transportation and service is excellent. There are many flights from Moscow to Yerevan.

An ordinary airline, everything went fine, as far as possible based on the policy that most airlines currently apply. There is hardly an airline that has never had flights delayed or had any emergency situations with passengers. We flew there and back literally minute by minute, both flights were even a little faster than indicated when buying tickets. Backpacks were not asked to be put into the calibrator and were not weighed, but we did not sin. I've read about paid check-ins at someone's airport, on someone's website. But there is such a great option as feedback. I wrote an e-mail about the registration. They replied 1.5-2 hours later that check-in at the airport was free. If you have any questions, ask, and there will be no problems and unnecessary expenses. They were given neighboring places without additional payments. The plane is ordinary. Legroom is standard. I've seen less. As for the staff, the staff is also like the staff. Hello, goodbye, there will be a question - they will answer. I don't need to bow at my feet and smile all the way. Comments were made only during takeoff and landing. In front of my eyes, they asked the guy three times to take out the headphones before takeoff. It happens that people are like peas against the wall, and then their staff is inadequate. I was once told to put a sweater on my shoulders before takeoff. I put it on, and everyone is happy. During the flight, everyone sat as they wanted. With sweatshirts, with headphones, at least with something. They give you water. Before that, I flew with another foreign airline, there is water only for money. So arrive at the airport on time, clarify if you have any questions, do not ignore the requests of the flight attendants, and everything will be fine.

Good evening. I would like to leave a review about Armenian Airlines. This is the flight that I will now remember for a long time, in terms of the negative. Firstly, I bought tickets for 40,000 rubles for myself and my child (5 months old) and without luggage, flight Jl-100 Yerevan-Moscow (08/27/2024, departure time 2:15). Secondly, the airline does not have baby cradles, although this is a trifle for any airline. We arrived at Zvartnots airport without luggage. I only had a bag and a baby stroller. At the check-in desk, we asked to take our cradle with us on the plane, since it is impossible to sit for 4 hours with a child in our arms. The girl at the front desk refused. "Some guy" was sitting next to us in a simple T-shirt and was trying to tell us something. It turned out that it was a REPRESENTATIVE of the AIRLINE!!! IN A T-SHIRT. As far as I know, the staff, especially the managers, should have a representative appearance. He talked to us as if at a bazaar, and when we informed him that during the flight to Yerevan we were allowed to take the cradle with us on the plane, he began to insult representatives of other airlines that they were incompetent in their work. Another girl was serving customers across one counter. She began to defend the representative of the airline. As a result, we were refused to take the cradle with us on the plane. But that's still half the trouble.… Next! There was just trash on the plane: the child was crying incessantly, I didn't know what to do. A flight attendant comes up here, gives you a seat belt and forces you to fasten a child who is yelling at the whole plane!! I explain to her that this is impossible now, since I'm rocking her, it won't work with a belt, but the girl is standing over her soul and waiting. I had to say a few kind words to her so that she would understand that she did not need to contact me. I ask you to take action against the representative of this airline, unfortunately I do not know the full name, since for some reason the badge was missing. And how can you force a child to fasten a seat belt on an airplane!! Especially considering that they also forbade us to take the cradle with us. Such incompetent people should not work in such areas, and even more so with people! Ethics is completely absent! I hope that my words will help resolve the issue so that no mom will face such problems later!

Good afternoon! Armenian airlines flew via Yerevan to Batumi. Everything went great, I regret that I read negative reviews before the flight and was very nervous. Check-in at the airport is free, everything went without delay. No meals are provided, only water, but this is already known when buying a ticket.

Don't believe the negative reviews. I also read a lot, thought for a long time, and decided to buy a ticket because it was the most convenient transit flight. (we had a transfer in Moscow). Everything went perfectly, starting from the check-in desk and ending with boarding. The staff is polite and attentive. There were no problems with the luggage either. I flew from Kazan to Yerevan and back (September 20-27, 2024). Checked in at the airport, free of charge. Without luggage and food. They gave me water on the plane. Both flights were without delays and the duration was faster than planned. The tickets came out cheap. I have no comments, I liked everything. I read the reviews before the flight. In my opinion, the average score is unduly underestimated. I paid for the tickets on the airline's website

This is the same flight that I will now remember for a long time, in terms of the negative. By the nature of my activity, I have to fly to different cities quite often, but I would like to note this particular flight with this company separately. I'll start with the fact that it's dirty on the plane, and it feels like you're in some kind of abandoned barn, and the staff to whom I expressed my dissatisfaction about this, reacted negatively and rudely to me, without sympathy and without finding understanding in my words. It feels like it's my own fault. Although my flight did not last that long, I really wanted to leave the cabin as soon as possible.

The rudest staff on board that I've ever met! And I've traveled the world a lot, believe me. Even in the cheapest low-cost airlines, flight attendants smile or at least behave themselves. You can't move here without an unnecessary remark from the flight attendant: you can't put a sweater on your knees, and it's okay that your bare feet are frozen. You can't use the phone during the briefing (okay, but you can politely say so). The headphones are almost pulled out 30 minutes before landing. A friend was even poked in the side to wake up. I felt unwell (there are no paper bags). I got up to catch my breath (at the allowed time when I can be unfastened). A flight attendant comes towards her, sat down in an empty seat to let her pass with a cart. To which I heard a rude: "Is this your place? Sit on your own." I say, "No, it's not mine, I just feel bad." But instead of helping or at least sympathizing, I heard: "Go back to your seat anyway." That's right... and if a person has a heart attack... The staff treated everyone on board extremely negatively. Everyone came out with great relief, laughing that it was finally over. Moreover, both from Moscow to Yerevan and from Yerevan to Moscow, although there were different staff, but the "corporate ethics" remained on both flights. Horror. There were such pleasant impressions from a wonderful trip to Armenia and to spoil everything so much with your poison at the end.

Buying tickets for this company on their website is not a quest for the faint of heart. I flew several times, and each time I had 2 hours of torment with the order and payment. I am trying to pay for the reservation, but there is a constant error, and there is already time for payment. At least 10 times you should try to buy a ticket. Everyone has problems with the site, but this is a pattern here.

An old flying plane. Rude flight attendants. The only thing I was pleased with was the pilot, who tried to keep this trough steady and even gently sat down on the broken landing gear. Bravo!

What a terrible rating, it is necessary to correct, it is unclear why such figures… A completely normal airline, used it for the first time and flew on a night flight from Yerevan to Moscow. The plane is not young, but it is quite comfortable, at the basic fare you can take up to 7 kg in hand luggage (cool)! Paid check-in with a choice of seats online, but free at the airport (here I was even lucky enough to get into a row at the emergency exits, with a huge platform to stretch my legs). My urban backpack was not weighed at all, the voluminous tourist backpack was asked to be placed in a calibrator (it was pushed successfully, the questions disappeared). The flight took 3 hours and 10 minutes, after climbing they poured water, I don't need more on the night flight as a whole. I didn't notice any rudeness from the stewards described in the comments. In general, if suddenly you (like me earlier) are confused by the rating, let my experience stay here to counterbalance, everything is quite good.

I'll say this, the plane was late in two directions. The Moscow-Yerevan flight attendants were attentive and sympathetic.On the Yerevan-Moscow plane, we sat for 50 minutes on the plane. The crew commander was carrying something incomprehensible even to Armenians. Nothing was said, and no apologies were offered. During takeoff and landing, it stank of wiring. The most incomprehensible thing is that the plane has 8 exits, is it really difficult to adjust two ladders so that people would be comfortable? Egyptian Airlines, having a smaller plane, adjust two ladders.In general, I do not recommend this airline!

I bought tickets for myself and the child! We have chosen places to fly next to each other for sure. As a result, 1 day before the flight, the child's seat is changed. I figured it out both at the check-in and at the airline's office before departure - it was useless. How can I transfer a child from a parent, provided that we have also paid extra for the service of choosing a place?!It's all terrible
