There was an opportunity to come just now and immediately went to them, called support, they told me that your problems we can't trust everyone, the warranty is over. We can give you a discount on a new defective film. In the end, I said no thanks and hung up. They transferred 2 bonus rubles to the discount number and wrote "leave a review about the visit))"
