The other day I ordered a brake cable for Opel Astra, the next day they brought it, but for Opel Ascona. They confidently proved that it was mine. The length of my cable is 28 cm, arrived 45 centimeters. I re-ordered it. I came back in an Opel Ascona. And again they confidently proved that it was mine. As a result, three days of lost time, fuel (to go to the Birch 17 km) and nerves. And at the same time, no one even apologized, as if that was the right thing to do. The quality of service is disgusting.
