The place is great, the food is very tasty, but something has to be done with the service. Replacing the waiter does not solve the problem. For example, vodka was brought to our company along with snacks, then 15 minutes later beer was brought for one of us and 10 minutes later wine. We waited for almost half an hour to set a quorum :)
We need to be more efficient, especially since the price tag turns out to be almost 300,000 soums per person.

We used to visit the restaurant, we liked everything very much.The last time prices went up after the New year, the salad was not fresh and it looked like vodka was being added to beer. A friend poisoned herself the next day and was sick after two mugs of draft beer.We won't go any more.

The kebabs are very tasty. I was at a friend 's house for an anniversary . The table and dishes were excellent. The salads were excellent. It was only very noisy, although the insulation in the hall where we were sitting was not bad. I'll definitely come back here sometime. I really don't know about the prices.

I'll start in order. I ordered two beers at once, as it was hot and thirsty, I thought I would drink the first one right away. They brought one cold, the other warm, as if the leftovers were poured into it or someone refused and it stood for a long time. When asked by the waiter how it could be, he retorted that he poured it personally and everything was fine. I'm the one who's dumb and can't tell the difference between cold beer and warm leftovers. Then they brought Georgian salad with arugula, for four. A colleague came later, she liked the look of this salad and ordered it too. It looked like it was brought, but with one iceberg, no arugula. The salad seemed to be thrown into a pile and filled with sauce without stirring. Next, a lamb kebab was brought. It is impossible to chew.
We went to this institution on recommendation.
They were very praised. And in vain.
The service is on the count with a plus. The guys work without enthusiasm at all. If there were no guests, they would be happy without a salary.
And the cherry on the cake! Service - 20%(!)
Twenty percent! Are you completely out of your mind there? This service is not worth 5%.
We had a company of 15 people and you lost at least 50 potential guests. Keep it up ! Thanks for the evening! I'm not coming to you anymore!
