Guys, of course I understand that we are on the "Heater") But normal people live here and drive by!!! Why pour hot pancake drinks into a 250 ml container? Literally in the "nedochashechki" - in which:
1. Firstly, they are really 250 milliliters only if they are poured to the brim... Seriously?!...
The dude was standing in line in front of us - he tried to add sugar and stir, everything went past the mug and onto him and onto the floor!!!
2. Secondly, while we were standing in line, minus 50 ml was not refilled. - that is, you buy purely "espresso" - no matter what you chose ( tea, coffee, drinks )
3. Third... The message for the manager is: "if you're trying to save money, then do it somehow less roughly - because it's really too much))
Something like that... This is a very unpleasant situation

If you do not know how to prepare this drink in advance, do not turn it on.
Instead of frappuccino, they made an ice latte with curdled cream, without adding caramel.
Before that, I always came and bought lattes from other barista girls, everything is fine🥺

If you respect and love coffee, don't take it. As disgusting as possible. They are prepared either from a blend (80/20) or pure Arabica. The country of grain....Italy, where coffee trees do not grow at all. I ventured to take a flat on Arabica. The grain is stale, overcooked, unnaturally bitter (the taste is like a low-quality Brazilian robusta). It is impossible to drink - I threw it away. The price for a 250ml flat was 4.4rubles. The cherry on the cake: incorrect proportions of coffee (they make flat in 3 different volumes, Carl! This does not exist in nature and the technological map of the drink is violated.

I consider myself a person who understands coffee. I smell great, I watch my diet, my taste buds are cleansed. The coffee in this coffee shop is one of the best in the city. I buy lattes and just enjoy the smell and taste. I'm going for coffee only here, from anywhere in the city.
