On 27.07, we ordered the delivery of a set and three rolls, for my birthday. We were completely disappointed. The quality is terrible! Sushi is falling apart, it is impossible to eat them with chopsticks at all, the rice is dry and not cooked. The quality of the products is also low. We ordered several times before and once had the same problem, talked to the chef, who assured that such a big one would never happen again, but here you are, the same problem. If they had eaten in the hall, there would have been a scandal. The order itself was delivered on time and there are no complaints about the courier and delivery at all.

The delivery is upsetting. You place an order in the evening, it is accepted. Then you try to clarify it and call, but their working hours are over and you can't get through ("you can place an order on the website). As a result, you wait and think whether the food will be delivered at all or not. You log in to the app after half an hour, and the order is canceled. Just terrible service. Can you just not accept orders if your "working hours are over"? What's the fun of telling me to order on the website/app and wait for half an hour while other establishments have already closed? Okay, even if you take an ordinary day, not an evening. You constantly have a "hot shop loaded, please wait 3 hours." Why should I wait 3 hours? Why do you take more than the kitchen can do? People want to eat, they are not interested in waiting 3 hours. Let them make more blanks, I do not know. I just sincerely do not understand why it is so difficult to properly set up work and monitor its implementation.

We were in the framework of the gastrofest on Tuesday evening, boarding - 3-4 tables (that is, they were not overloaded), the first courses were brought quite quickly, but then, if a waitress was needed, we had to go for her ourselves.
