A very interesting place, with positive staff, we were remembered for the second check-in and offered the best, which pleased us. The rooms are simple, for a couple of days of rest, clean, yes, repairs are required, but not as critical as many who do not like write, go to 5*😜all rooms have air conditioning and TV) there is a restaurant, guests are invited to breakfast)

New furniture, nice room. The window faced the road, but it was quiet with the windows closed. The staff is friendly, but it seemed that they did not understand Russian 100%.
Good location.

Purely to spend the night for a sooo undemanding person. For such ridiculous money per day, this is of course very tolerable, if the main criterion is cost.
Cleanliness, silence and minimal comfort are important to us. A room in this hotel was booked for us by my husband's employer as a temporary one before we find permanent housing. Of course, they would never have filmed such a thing themselves... The choice was very limited also due to the fact that we had a cat with us.
After one night in a standard room, they wanted to move out of the hotel, I don't look at the three days prepaid by the company. But at the reception we were offered an improved room at no extra charge. And we spent two more days there quite comfortably.
But now we will talk about the standard room.
The main disadvantages:
- in the rooms that overlook the road, wild noise both day and night from the 6-lane highway under the windows, it was impossible to sleep even with earplugs. There is no need to talk about sound insulation in the rooms. Even quiet conversations outside the door feel like they're in your room. From the tenants of the room above, too, a wild bang on the head.
- it's very cramped in the room, after we rearranged the furniture, it became at least possible to walk around the beds. In the bathroom, it is simply impossible to wash over the sink without smashing your forehead on the shelf above it and without hitting your hip on the toilet (with my very fragile complexion). A big man in the bathroom just won't turn around
- the beds are simply unsuitable for a comfortable sleep: the mattress is sagged, the springs rest against the sides, the pillow is all lumpy
- very dirty carpet, the bed linen is either washed like that, or it just didn't change before our arrival (the hair on the sheet is proof of that)
- the curtain is a piece of cloth for a third of the window, from the busy highway and the lights are constantly lit throughout the room
The remaining disadvantages against the background of the above seem insignificant, but I will still write:
- no refrigerator, bedside lights
- the faucet is dangling in the washbasin
- the shower doors do not close (broken), there is no shelf or soap dish in it
- there was no toilet paper and a towel was put on only one, cleaning was not carried out on the next day after check-in
There are few advantages, but I think it is necessary to specify them:
- relatively clean everywhere: in the room (except carpet), in common areas (scented hall) and especially in the dining room
- excellent breakfast (and if you remember the cost of living, it's just gorgeous for its category of hotel!): omelet, sausages, pancakes, boiled eggs, porridge, cottage cheese, cereals, vegetables (tomatoes / cucumbers), cheese / sausage slicing (quite tolerable), warm tortillas, something from sweet pastries, apples / persimmons, nuts / dried fruits. Everything is very edible and appetizing. If you come to 9-and then something is already ending and not everyone is being informed.
- excellent wi-fi signal, I even managed to watch videos on YouTube, but the next day something broke and there was no Internet all day, just when it was so necessary to solve organizational issues (and the local SIM card has not yet been purchased)
- the room has a kettle, two bottles of water, the TV worked
- there is a wardrobe with hangers, shelves and a large mirror
- and the main plus is possible with animals! They don't charge extra for them
- the guys at the reception are a little phlegmatic, but they always try to help.
I can recommend an improved room. It is quite spacious, the Windows overlook a quiet courtyard. Beautiful design. Comfortable beds with new (?) mattresses. There is a refrigerator, a large closet. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. But again, very dirty carpet. It can be seen that the room is fresh, the repair was done recently, but everything is already falling off, the light bulb is not turned into a lamp, the siphon under the sink is flowing, a puddle on the whole bathroom, and when you don't turn on the water for a long time, it stinks of sewage.
In general, there is something to work on.
Well, in general, the area is certainly unpleasant. Although near the subway. Within walking distance of a good branch of the Basket and a huge Magnum hypermarket.

I am writing a hotel, because at the entrance there is an inscription Hotel. There is also a hostel nearby. There are much better hotels in Chilonzar, new, clean and the price is lower. I do not recommend it.

Like it · Everything is great! At a discount for the Genius traveler, we managed to book a luxury room at a very budget price. Large area, large bathroom, king size bed. Excellent breakfast (especially liked the presence of pancakes). Polite and competent staff. Excellent location 5 minutes from Chilanzar metro station.

A very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, daily change of bed linen and towels. A good selection of breakfast buffets. Bottled water is trouble-free. The problem with washing and ironing clothes is solved simply: either independently in a special room, or by the staff - quickly , neatly and cheaply. The staff is polite. We were very pleased with the reception staff - professionally competent, tactful, stylishly dressed guys and girls.
