I have repeatedly used the delivery service from Arbucket, there have never been any complaints about the quality. We were always ready to offer a replacement or pick up a bouquet, even if the one of interest was not available. Recently, the impressions from the use are extremely negative, because the bouquets arrive crumpled and already tired (the last 3 orders). Delivery notifications have also stopped coming in. And this is taking into account the fact that prices have increased. I am extremely disappointed and do not plan to use this delivery service in the future.

Writing to the Viber of this miracle store, I received messages like "order number". Explaining the problem to the person on the other side of the messenger did not give any results, he continued to spam the "order number" in response. The store is cool, we managed to quickly distribute 8 beautiful bouquets to the addresses. One of those stores that even on the eve of holidays answered calls promptly. 8 bouquets were quickly arranged and at the designated time (16:00-20:00) everything was delivered, noting the status of the order with a text message. By the way, there are adequate prices in comparison with other more "hype" stores, which are ready to throw an inflated margin for the same bouquet (or even less). Definitely I will still buy here. Perhaps one of the disadvantages is not such a huge assortment (a la peony-shaped roses), this kind of flowers is for an amateur (plus the price is higher), but you will find the bulk of flowers at an adequate price here.
