We were in this salon of "professional grooming", the recording was at 16.00

1. There was NO ONE in the room, the master is generally alone in the room, works for the administrator and for the master
in the small waiting room, the light was turned off and only after the call we learned that we needed to "pull harder"
2. Our recording was delayed for half an hour, no one warned us about it, and when we came and sat for 17 minutes at that moment, the girl leaned out of the door and said "wait another 5-10 minutes"
3. when we went into the "work area" itself, there was a fierce shit, and I'm not even talking about wool and all that, it's just very dirty, like in an apartment for people with collecting mania (well, about wool-it was in the waiting room, on the floor, in shreds, it's not OK in my opinion)
4. there was a dog before us, they didn't take it away and it barked and whined very loudly, but we were with the cat and she was very afraid
5. the master herself treated our cat normally, thank God, but she shouted at the dog even when we were standing next to her and, in principle, expressed her irritation at this dog
6. washing after animals is not processed in any way, all sponges and other things were in wool, it's disgusting
7. we were asked to hold our cat in the sink while the master counted the previous client

Great salon! The atmosphere is very friendly. Special thanks to master Olga, a professional with gold pens🤗 I still have a little dog, worried and energetic, I can't even comb him calmly at home, but by some miracle, she manages to make such a handsome man out of him, hair-to-hair haircut, ears stolen, claws trimmed!! I do not recommend this grooming if you have Golden. The beautiful fur on the neck seemed to have been chopped off with an axe. Although, we asked her not to touch it at all, just to put it in order. And her hair was cut so that the pink skin was visible. On the stomach and pants, too, everything was cut as much as possible. They said that it was "necessary". But we used to just beautifully frame the wool in other places, and did not make a Labrador from Golden. Well, the mustache was trimmed on the muzzle, closer to the neck. What was good: the wool was very clean, silky. But we did grooming a month ago, the wool has long been soiled, and we have already washed it ourselves after that. And here is a beautiful mane on the neck (and in other places) it will definitely grow back for another six months (if not more), unfortunately:(

We went to an express molt for corgi and separately for trimming claws. I liked everything until we came across closed doors. A couple of minutes before the appointed time, either the administrator or the master called with a request to take a walk (in the rain and rather unpleasant weather) while the master drove off somewhere. Couldn't you have called at least half an hour in advance? As a result, the desire to visit the salon with such an attitude towards customers disappeared. We will look for another salon.

They did express molting for Jack Russell. On the 3rd day, the result was already over - when stroking the dog, a lot of hair remained on his hands. Not to mention if I went through a comb.
The salon responds, "this service does not replace natural molting." It seems to me that the quality and effectiveness of the service are so-so, if on the third day there is no effect from the word "at all".

They don't know how to handle feline representatives. We took the cat for combing, washing (express line). The result: the wool is "combed out" (rather torn out) in shreds, not washed, became stiff, the neck (mane) was not washed at all, water was poured into the ears, two claws were torn out with meat. I don't advise anyone. Working with cats requires a special approach, skill, and experience, which is what the employees of Artemon lack. We will look for a good cat groomer. It's a pity that they let us down, the location is very convenient for us.
