The salon is located near the house, which is why my husband visits it quite often.
If mono bouquets are bought, then everything is fine, the flowers are fresh and quite well worth it, but as soon as a bouquet is purchased, it costs 2 days maximum and I start throwing out a flower every day, it's very insulting and unpleasant. On December 23, we had a discharge from the hospital, my husband bought flowers, today I am already throwing roses out of the bouquet, they are just rotten already at the base of the bud (pruning and changing water regularly), and flowers bought on the same day in other salons are excellent.
It is unpleasant to be disappointed once again.

I've been buying flowers in this store for 13 years, since it opened. there is always a good assortment. And I've seen more than once how girls sort out and throw away low-quality goods!
I'm almost always fine. But I don't expect the flowers to last a week... unless it's gypsophila or protea.
It's a shame for your favorite store that they write negative reviews. Guys, Ow! Judging by the reviews, you think you're buying artificial eternal flowers.
Fresh flowers are always a lottery. Study the issue and buy the most resistant ones! Do not take roses and bush roses, hydrangeas, and there will be no quick disappointments.
It's a shame that the store is suffering from your illiteracy.

Well... I've been giving this store a chance all year, but no) I've been a regular customer for 5 years. But now it's not a cozy shop with professional florists, but just a point of sale for flowers. Attempts to make a bouquet like in the photo turn into just a set of flowers wrapped in paper. In addition, it is very annoying that the last two orders did not receive either a regular customer discount or a pickup discount. Salespeople behave as if customers are interfering with their work. Well, you don't want to, and you don't have to, fortunately, now there are flower shops in every second house)

The young man presented a bouquet on February 14th (in the evening), the bouquets looked good, the florist made a beautiful arrangement. However, in the morning, all the roses bowed their heads... carnations too! Although carnations are one of the most resistant flowers that I know, and usually last at least 5-6 days! The bouquet was not the cheapest, and the florist assured the young man that the bouquet would last a long time, that the flowers were fresh.… Does a fresh flower behave like that? No! This is a real hoax! I don't understand where this assessment comes from, if this problem (judging by the reviews) is not a point problem, but a systemic one! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this seller. I am attaching a photo of the "remaining" carnations to the review, unfortunately, the roses have already had to be thrown out.
I know how to take care of flowers, and alas, it was no longer possible to save them.

When visiting the store, it left the impression that it was not working, and the door was simply forgotten to close)
The staff was busy with some kind of "big" order, and they were reluctant to answer questions about possible compositions... Instead of communicating, they advised me to go to the site to see possible options, after I selected a composition on the site that cost 105p, they said that now it was far from the amount for which it could be collected, and that the prices from the site were not relevant..why then mislead the client? And in general, if you only work for large orders, close the door to the store :)
I'll leave 2 stars, only for the girl who was the only one who somehow tried to talk to me, and the woman with the rhinestone eyelashes didn't seem to want to see anyone at all, and if I asked anything else, she'd kick me out. out the door)
I don't even want to think about buying anything here after such a "service".

On 03/07/2025 at 20:15, 17 white roses were purchased for a considerable price by pre-order. As a result, on 03/08/2025, by 6:40 a.m., 4 roses had already wilted. It's very ugly, at least because the flowers have already been handed over. When I came to the store, the staff did not even try to reimburse at least a partial cost of the bouquet, but they decided to make a fool of me and said that the roses were cut incorrectly (I had already bought a huge number of bouquets of roses, and these roses cannot wilt in 10 hours, because they are at least not ordinary Belarusian roses). Also, upon receipt, I saw that the bouquet wrapper was not at all the one I ordered, but I did not talk about it, because, in general, the bouquet looked pretty, until the roses began to die. I hope people will no longer buy flowers here so as not to spoil their gifts.

It was a very sad experience. I bought a bouquet for my mom's birthday, I chose a ready-made one, I really liked it, I bought a bouquet around 8 pm. The next morning, literally one night later (the bouquet, of course, was in the water), almost all the flowers simply wilted. With the cost of a bouquet of 125 rubles, this is just a blatant absurdity, demonstrating the attitude of the management towards its customers. We won't be coming back here anymore. And it's not even about the money, but the fact that when we buy a bouquet, we hope that it will please our loved ones for a while, and not show them a demonstrative death.

It's a terrible store. An extremely negative impression. I bought 2 bouquets as a birthday present (1 of them was collected in advance, the 2nd was collected with me). I was extremely surprised when I saw such a trick in the finished bouquet that the staff does. No wonder the flowers wilted the next day.

The flowers stood overnight and like that in the morning, the flower shop was accused of incorrect cutting, but this is the first time. So that they don't even stand for 5-7 days. I have not made any decision, and I have not received a refund/exchange/apology. I don't recommend buying roses here.

For those who do not like ordinary flowers (roses, alstroemeria, etc.), the choice is quite small. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to make a complex and "wild" bouquet.
And the store itself is pretty: convenient location and in addition to flowers there are many other tricks. However, out of my two visits, I twice encountered unfriendly flower girls (florists) and disdainful attitude.
