I got through 4 times. Every time they connected with the stress center, they did not answer the phone, as a result, the woman picked up and, to the question "write it down in a week," said find out the number then call. So, it felt like I wasn't the only one who needed to see a psychiatrist... But in the registry office in general, a very pleasant and sweet girl, she listened to my complaint, sorted everything out and even gave me the doctor's number.
