In this store, I was looking for a smell for a car, and at some point one broke and crashed, although it was not even touched! The saleswoman immediately began to accuse and claimed that they could not break off by themselves, but after watching the video by the director, it was clear that the product broke off by itself. I did not hear any apologies, in the future I need to be more restrained in accusations!

It's a very nice place. Very beautiful things and interesting. Very shitty treatment of the client. I visited 2 times and both times they did not pay attention at all. Then they close, then the stories are removed. When I first came in, I was ready to buy half a store if a person opened his mouth and held some kind of product presentation. In short, if you need something beautiful, you can go in. But the service is in the worst traditions of Soviet stores.
