Everything went great on the way back, too. They were picked up an hour after arrival. Next time we'll go with this carrier too.

Kirill (as he introduced himself to us) answered extremely unprofessionally, saying that he was asleep at 4 a.m. and was not obliged to send us a cancellation message.
