Convenient location of Asaka Bank on Furkat, modern building, pleasant entrance area, friendly hostesses, polite bank staff, ATMs. That's all of the advantages. For non-residents, at least.
Theoretically, it is possible to apply for opening bank cards, but why, if in practice none of them is approved? You can spend almost an hour answering a detailed questionnaire. And then the operator will inform you that they do not open cards to non-residents now. If you are lucky and your application is approved within five days, you will get a call back. Is it worth saying that there will be no call from the bank in either 5 or 50 days? It is probably worth warning about this right away at the entrance, saving visitors time and not giving them false hopes.

Convenient location is a big plus, working ATMs are a plus.
The staff at the entrance is polite.
But one of the big disadvantages is that the database often doesn't work, it's not the first time I've come across this.
