Convenient location of Asaka Bank on Furkat, modern building, pleasant entrance area, friendly hostesses, polite bank staff, ATMs. That's all of the advantages. For non-residents, at least.
Theoretically, it is possible to apply for opening bank cards, but why, if in practice none of them is approved? You can spend almost an hour answering a detailed questionnaire. And then the operator will inform you that they do not open cards to non-residents now. If you are lucky and your application is approved within five days, you will get a call back. Is it worth saying that there will be no call from the bank in either 5 or 50 days? It is probably worth warning about this right away at the entrance, saving visitors time and not giving them false hopes.

Some say that you can submit an online application through their website, the manager called and said that they do not have such an opportunity. All employees tell different information. I came to receive the card on the spot, they said that it was possible to leave a request through the website. I applied, they said that their system was not working, and the card would be ready a little longer than usual. I noticed that they work slowly, not quite customer-oriented. It is impossible to get through to either the call center or the hotline, even if you call during business hours. Among the advantages: the absence of queues is pleasing, no matter what time you arrive, a large number of cash desks, an ATM at the entrance to the branch and the polite attitude of employees to customers. There are many advantages, but there is a lot to grow. If you fix all these flaws, I think it will be perfect. The hostess girl is well done.

The mess is on the ground floor, the electronic queue is not correctly drawn up, both corporate and private are all shifted, waiting in line for hours, employees at the ticket offices are lazy, do not want to work (they sit and chat with each other if you ask them to speed up, they grin crookedly.., I don't want to talk anymore.) of the five cash registers, one can be made for corporate clients.. The accounting department on the second floor works perfectly, everything is fast and efficient. (and the girls on the ground floor who are sitting on the left of the hall are also lazy (as in the girl at the checkout), apparently they got impudent from the fact that customers leave something for tea.. (even for lunch from 12 o'clock to 14 o'clock they disappear).
