Very nice hotel! Responsive staff, many Russian speakers, always prompt and help! There are discos, there are several bars with a variety of cocktails and more! Two large pools with different depths, lots of sun loungers around! There are two slides in one pool! The rooms are clean, cozy, have air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, spacious wardrobe, safe, balcony! Hot water around the clock! The iron is free! The beach across the street is just 100 meters from the hotel! Sun beds on the beach for free with mattresses! The hotel has a hammam! I recommend this hotel! The views around are awesome!

I liked the hotel, the staff is friendly, the room was cleaned every day, the food is varied, delicious, a large selection of desserts.
The location is 3 minutes to the sea, there is also a place to go for a walk after dinner.
I did a massage, I really liked it, Fakki's massage therapist is a wonderful specialist.
There are 3 swimming pools on the territory, the area around them is washed every evening.
I didn't like ... the Internet, pulls with the last of my strength, in the room for a fee, if you need to work, then it doesn't pull at all. There are no teaspoons in the dining room, there are plastic spoons for desserts). Alcohol is poured in plastic tiny cups of 50-70ml in the afternoon. On the beach, alcohol is only for money.
The guide of the Fan San Ibrahim travel agency, although he says when meeting with newly arrived tourists that you do not need to bargain with him, that he already has big discounts - do not believe it, it is better to buy excursions from agents on the street, there are a lot of them. We stayed at this hotel in September 2024. The hotel has a very convenient location. The sea is close. Clean, warm, its beach leaves much to be desired. There are very few sunbeds, I had to come at 6.30 am to take a seat. The mattresses are dirty, and there are so many flies that lying down and sunbathing does not give any pleasure. I haven't seen so many flies in a long time!!! We lived in the Garden Building.The rooms are not bad, the furniture is good, everything worked. There were only 5 days of cleaning, respectively, and the linen was not changed. On the fifth day, we already went to ask for a change of linen and to wash at least the floors. Bottled water is given only on the first day. Then in the cooler in the cafe and on the territory. But after 21.00 you can't get water anywhere.The food is varied, there are a lot of fruits, desserts, meat and fish daily. In general, the rest was a success, but I will not come here again.
