A good medium-level business center. There is a great dining room and decent parking. There is even a gym on the top floor. Vigilant security and fast-working staff. The rent is not expensive. It is a pity that the owners of the squares on each floor are different.

A typical business center. There are several other buildings around the city that are exactly the same. Middle class. It's quite cozy. Nice canteen. Adequate staff. It is a pity that the condition of the building is poorly monitored, because of the large number of owners. Parking is not big, but in the old town and it's good.
