Poor organization of the work of the company's employees. When placing an order, an employee made an error in the parameters of the bed and as a result the bed was not made correctly (the order execution period was delayed twice) - at the same time, pleasant communication with employees turned into a confrontation. It seems that they are deprived of the help and support of their superiors, lack information about the production of beds and solve their problems one-on-one with the client as they can and know how, stress is connected and of course employees take a defensive passive position (rarely get in touch, they say bluntly that they do not have information and nothing depends on them). I really want you to support sellers more on the ground and explain to them that a buyer in an unpleasant situation does not want to "strain" them, but it is simply important for him to receive his goods in accordance with the contract. Well, from the latter, I was very surprised by the promotion for pillows on the site at a cost of 49 bel rubles, delivery of which costs 25 rubles (almost 50% of the cost of the goods) without the possibility of pickup. The employee of the company did not work out the objection again, although he could, for example, offer to increase the cost of the order to free shipping (if it exists). In general, it seems that it is not very important to you who will buy what, apparently, everything is fine with you without customers.

I bought a Brownie bed (discontinued a month later). The delivery has arrived- there are not enough instructions and components.She asked to send instructions on Viber, waited three days- she already wanted to buy everything herself, it turned out they forgot to put 9 parts of the bed. The horror! The joy that the child will have his own bed is not at all. The mattress was also taken from them, the quality is good.

We bought a tranmformer bed in Green City, consultant Ksenia, paid 5.5 thousand rubles. So, I strongly advise neither the store, nor the consultant Xenia, nor their products. the consultant deceived us on many points (they asked her if they would help move the old bed, called the exact geolocation where it would be transported, she replied that it would be no problem and it would cost around 30 rubles, as a result, they refused us, since, allegedly, they do not carry in Belarus, only in Minsk, they said that they did not they relate to Ascona, although the consultant claimed otherwise. The bed creaks during the transformation, everyone says with one voice that it will pass, but no one warned about it in advance, but they duplicate everywhere a thousand times that the transformation is silent.The mattress that the consultant showed in the salon was in a branded cover and very comfortable, but they brought us in a cheap synthetic and hard one, it turned out that that mattress was not for transformation, but about the cover at first I carried nonsense that, they say, they can bring us to the salon in another cover, that there is nothing here It's scary. At the same time, it is not indicated anywhere that the case may differ from the one stated and presented on the official website, and when you pay such money you expect to get what you saw, and not cheap. Mattresses are constantly moving out of bed. The claim was rejected and the response time was exceeded . You are welcome here and they call you only before the purchase, and when they "snuck in", they safely forget. At such a cost, the quality of products is very low and the quality of service is even lower.

I bought the last mattress not here, but in an online store. The mattress is good, but the delivery is disgusting. They promised to deliver it in one day, then disappeared and did not respond. When they found it, the delivery was postponed, then they called late in the evening. It's really late. And they said they would deliver it at 7 a.m. Bring it at 6 a.m. At 6 a.m., Carl! Then they told me that it turns out not their delivery, but some kind of service, that something happened there ... all the questions are answered by a girl who does not solve anything at all. Service and logistics are a complete bottom. The mattresses seem to be good.
