The choice is large, the prices are pleasant, but the service leaves much to be desired.
There are a lot of clients, so consultants do not have time to devote quality time to everyone: everything is very fast, as if on the run.
As a result, the pillow was picked up incorrectly for me, they didn't even measure the shoulder width, they just said "this is your size".
They sniffed the most expensive cover, later it turned out that there are three more alternatives for my pillow, which I was not even told about.
I highly recommend the salon in the Globo shopping center, where I went the next day to exchange pillows. Consultant Anna told me about all possible alternatives for my request and spent a lot of time with me when choosing.

Let's write a small review here. We bought a Grether&Wells Heaven Prestige mattress in October 2022. The mattress is not cheap, they gave about $ 1,000, gave a "30-year warranty" and with the words that the load is 180 kg per bed and you will never sell it (my weight is 102 kg), we left the store satisfied. A YEAR has passed and what do you think, the mattress, of course, failed on my part. I wrote a complaint, the guys came, measured it and said that the mattress should be "sagged" by more than 3 cm and then we will replace the mattress. Here's a $1,000 mattress that will last no more than a year with your weight of 100 kg. Sleeping on it is no longer comfortable, my back hurts in the morning. It is better to buy less expensive mattresses and change them once a year, the effect will be much better.
