They used to work on VMI, but now they have deteriorated. Since Friday evening, no one has been picking up round-the-clock VMI phones. There is no response in Viber. There is no one in the office, they do not want to work. The only option left is to carry them documents from Lode for reimbursement. What if a person doesn't have money right now and gets sick? No one will help. When I got through to the office, they say that we have an epidemic, a pandemic. In fact, they have an epidemic of idleness. To return the money spent, you need to go to Skripnikov with checks, no matter how sick you are, what your temperature is. I have pneumonia in general, I still have to go to Skripnikov to meet with the director. Because until you really bring everything to the management, then nothing will happen. I will definitely not take out such insurance next year.

I don't understand why these insurance companies are needed if they don't make up for the damage! Before that, in the spring, they beat the gates in the village with a car, gave 100 rubles, and spent 250 rubles on repairs! Well, why do we need all kinds of insurance to pay salaries to employees!?

To say that this is a disgusting office is to say nothing! Avoid this insurance company by the tenth way! Before concluding a medical insurance contract with this company, specialists were invited to present the insurance program. They answered all the questions asked: yes, of course, please, etc. As soon as the contract was concluded, the first applicant was told that at the discretion of the insurance company, they would register for medical care only in public medical institutions, and that there was a misunderstanding between us and representatives of the insurance company. I will say this, this is not a misunderstanding, because more than 20 people present could not help but understand, and this is just a LIE and DECEPTION on the part of this company... When asked to give the director's phone number, he is always at a meeting, you will never be contacted... You can also write a lot of interesting things, I don't want to waste time, but just want to give good advice again - avoid this company!

Disgusting office! They have health insurance from work. Doctors do not pay for appointments, although they are included in the package, they accept applications, but in the end they do not send a guarantee and do not pay later by check. And there is no desire to deal with them. An analysis related to the central nervous system was needed, on Friday they said they would pay, on Monday they said that the tests for the central nervous system were not an insurance event. Judging by the history of our medical insurance applications, all their cases are not insured. Therefore, I highly recommend not to take out medical insurance from them! There was no such relationship with other companies.
