An insurance company that insures people outside of our country, so I came across such a case that I twisted my leg in China while loading, visited the only clinic in their city, they gave a4 sheets from the doctor, paid for the appointment, and bought medicines that the doctor advised, recommended, returning to my city I applied I went to the insurance company, wrote an explanatory note there, and gave back all the documents that were provided to me from the Chinese clinic. 1.5 months later, I received a letter stating that this "insurance company" could not make a request to the clinic, where I was diagnosed with a severe foot sprain. And that the insurance is not related to all (allegedly provided by me-the clinic)) I will not be able to pay the amount I spent with documents, due to the fact that the Chinese clinic did not give an answer, not to mention the firebrand that occurred in a foreign country for you and me as citizens ... and the amount is only 117 yuan ~ 50 bel rubles, so make the withdrawal yourself, and this insurance only more than 1 thousand people use our (1st) company...., I will assist our insurers in terminating the insurance of our people in this office....... And yes, by the way, the driver did not provide checks for using a taxi to a medical institution and back to a taxi, and this is also an insurance policy does not reimburse.....

The most terrible insurance policy , never enter into a contract with it , medical support is disgusting , letters of guarantee need to be constantly asked for , at best they respond to Viber chat in a day, they don't read what is written there and what tests are needed, half of the necessary indicators from doctors are simply thrown out and not included in the letter of guarantee, when they find out the reasons are then corrected after the fact . I do not recommend such an insurance company for the cooperation of legal entities, in any case, take care of the nerves of your employees

They used to work on VMI, but now they have deteriorated. Since Friday evening, no one has been picking up round-the-clock VMI phones. There is no response in Viber. There is no one in the office, they do not want to work. The only option left is to carry them documents from Lode for reimbursement. What if a person doesn't have money right now and gets sick? No one will help. When I got through to the office, they say that we have an epidemic, a pandemic. In fact, they have an epidemic of idleness. To return the money spent, you need to go to Skripnikov with checks, no matter how sick you are, what your temperature is. I have pneumonia in general, I still have to go to Skripnikov to meet with the director. Because until you really bring everything to the management, then nothing will happen. I will definitely not take out such insurance next year.

I don't understand why these insurance companies are needed if they don't make up for the damage!
