It's a terrible place!
Since 2020, I have been insured with them with 3 policies. At very high rates against all risks, including all types of fire. Insured premises, equipment, materials, risks to customers and neighbors. Insured as an individual entrepreneur. In early September, there was a fire. Half a year has passed, but the insurance company still cannot give an answer - whether this is an insured event and why. For the first 4 months, they did not know what documents they needed, every two weeks they sent me a request for a new batch of documents by mail. Imagine, in September you will collect everything and provide it. You're waiting. If you call, they will tell you - there will be payments. Wait. We are counting. And a week later they send a request for a new batch of documents, it looks like this - they have been trying to constantly look for a reason for refusal for half a year. For the last two weeks I have been trying to collect a written refusal, if any. I call every day to check the progress. Every day they say today everything will be in the evening. Silence in the evening ... A new day , everything repeats itself. They are trying to close their shoals, and find more points where they can refuse. There is still no answer. Half a year !!!!
The second point. They said that since you will have payments , you need to pay the policies to the end , according to which the insured event occurred. I paid for them. I also reinsured everything with them under the new 3 policies. In September, I spent 2 weeks with them as a full-time employee from 8 to 17. When I visited them, I found out that all their policies were made up with errors, copies of my documents were lost, there is nothing in the archive, how they accepted me for insurance is not clear at all. They are in a complete mess, Marina, the policyholder, cannot connect two words and explain something. She had never read their internal insurance rules. After 2 weeks, I understood them better than she did. I really felt that how to work it. What kind of tin is this ! I visited the director yesterday . When asked why your employees told me to pay for 3 old policies for which an insurance event occurred, the answer was killed, you should not have paid for them. You voluntarily gave the money. These are your problems. And what can a client do if the insurance staff says pay the premiums if you want to receive a payment?!! As a result, there is no money or payments.
Result. There was a fire half a year ago. So far, the insurance company has not given an answer whether it will pay. Although the police department gave an answer back in September . An additional check was made by the Department of Internal Affairs in October. The rest of the time, which is 4 months. These valiant guys are studying how they should work and how they can reduce the costs of their company due to non-payments. The impression is extremely negative.
Dishonesty.
Incompetence.
Negligence.
Because of which a lot of people got nervous. Because the fire took away a lot of things. But they didn't even pay the 5th part. Not on any policy.

Let me remind you that everything was insured against all types of fire, including explosion and arson, etc.
The reason for the refusal to pay, objectively approaching the situation, I can name the following - the illiterate, negligent attitude of the insurance company when accepting insurance and complete ignorance of what to do if an insured event occurred. The terrible thing is that they closed all these gaps with the client.
I sincerely wish the people involved in all this action to get into a similar situation, but only personally. At the same time, enjoy life and be calm.
