The disgusting attitude of the staff, on 02/15.25 they went into the store, chose a toy, looked at various options, took the toy in their hands, after which the consultant (girl) rudely shouted from the other end of the store: "Pay first, then you will touch", I urge you to dismiss or bring the employee to disciplinary responsibility, next time I will return to the store and a review will be left in the book of complaints and suggestions, A DISGUSTING STORE WITH A BOOR AT THE CHECKOUT.

Boorish employees. We stood there, choosing toys for the children for the new year and carefully handled them, we just wanted to see what the consultant came out and said not to touch anything if we didn't buy. After that, we were closely watched and followed everywhere. You didn't choose anything, you weren't satisfied, and I don't advise you to come here. I recommend you to recruit a polite staff!

02/21/2025 we were choosing toys for a child. The staff are standing talking, responding to a request to submit something, they go with a favor and a dissatisfied face. I won't come again and I don't advise you, the assortment is good, the staff is not.
