A wonderful hotel! I liked everything. Clean, well-groomed, pleasant staff. Its own private Parking. It is convenient that there is a cafe on site where delicious Turkish coffee is prepared. There is a dining room, but we did not go.

I stayed at this hotel twice. It's a very decent place by RA standards. The rooms are compact and cozy. The staff is sincere. There is a closed parking lot. Recommend.

Terrible hotel! Don't come!!! 05/11/2022 Almost BURNED DOWN!!! There is no fire alarm!!! There is only an old guard at the hotel for the night, the receptionist is leaving! No one warned that there was a fire in the hotel, they felt heavy smoke in the room, they got out on their own with wet towels on their face with children from the third floor through completely smoke-filled corridors! The hostess 's attitude is dismissive and arrogant towards the guests , although people almost died because of her ! She didn't even apologize! Why does the hotel work without a fire alarm? Question!!!! Be vigilant!!!

A very nice hotel. Located in the city center, 5 minutes walk to the beach, there are shops, cafes nearby, the central market is 5 minutes away. Friendly staff, clean rooms, cozy atmosphere.

The room is small, the light is dim both in the room and in the bathroom. The bathroom is bitterly cold, they locked it. The door of the room is paper, a 7-year-old child will take it out, the lock is also funny. A crack under the door - you can see the light from the corridor and the sound, respectively, does not meet obstacles. The noise of the crashing doors is all for you to rest. Location- yes, for an amateur, everything is far away, the roads have not been repaired after sewer repairs and the navigator boldly leads to the most terrible ... in general, Yandex is just completely unaware of the state of roads in this country, it leads stupidly off-road. Next to the hotel, some incomprehensible comrades are on duty, it is better to drive the car into the territory. As the locals said, cars often disappear in these parts, they advised not to leave the car unattended and park it in closed parking lots. The room was cold, the air conditioner was working non-stop at night and it was noisy. Then mosquitoes crawled through the closed windows!!! 2 pieces , in January! I would have known to take a repellent. In this light, Mosquitoes could only be found by sound, but it's difficult. The TV and Wi-Fi were working properly. Parking in the courtyard and in the backyard of the hotel, I hit the threshold, broke the mudguard / new! It's a shame, isn't it? Guys, they don't come to you in the fields! I will not come to spoil the car and nerves!

Great hotel, 12 minutes walk from the waterfront. The sheets and towels in the room are white and clean, the heating is from the air conditioner, the garbage was taken out every day, very kind staff, thank you for giving wine and churchkhela at the entrance for the New Year.

We checked into the hotel by a lucky chance, the reservation was canceled on the day of our arrival for 10 days. On July 10, it was impossible to find rooms available for our dates in Sukhum hotels. And we have never regretted that we checked into this hotel. The convenient location of the hotel, everything is really close, the area is quiet, calm. Good sound insulation in the room, friendly staff. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the sea. The sea is clean, dolphins were observed every day. I didn't want to leave, we extended our stay in Sukhum for another 2 days. Before this year, 2 vacationed in Gagra, but we liked Sukhum better! If you are lucky enough to have a vacation in Sukhum, book this hotel and you will not regret it!

The hotel is located in the city center, close to the sea , everything is nearby. I RECOMMEND IT!))))))
