Nice hotel. We stayed for 1 day in a double room. They settled in quickly. Spacious standard for 2 adults. Clear. A large double bed. The room has a kettle (mugs, tea, sugar), bathrobes, slippers, soap and soap. Breakfast is a buffet. There is a large shopping center nearby - you can buy at reasonable prices. Cons: the kettle was broken, I had to go down and ask for a new one (the phone did not work). Breakfast is meager. It tastes like it's made from the cheapest products. Everything was cold, as the hotel was cool. The food is not heated. There is a smoking room on each floor of the hotel. But the hood is designed so that everything pulls into the rooms. Therefore, those who are allergic to tobacco smoke are not here.

A terrible hotel, terrible century-old carpets in the rooms, furniture like in a dorm. A disgruntled receptionist has already met us from the reception, who did not want to check us in with children. There were 6 adults and 3 children under 7 years old. We rented 2 rooms, each room has 3 beds. So she charged us that 3 children need to rent another 3-bed room. We explain that we will put the children next to each other, that they do not sleep separately, and she says, then pay 10,000 for each child. I started calling the manager, Azat seems to be called, he does not know how to talk to clients at all, as he was put in charge. We are in shock.

There was a banquet. I didn't like the salads at all. The first hot dish, beshbarmak, was in principle tolerable. I didn't like the second hot dish - grilled meat and vegetables. The smoking room without batteries is very cold. The hall is also quite cool. The TV at the entrance near the smoking room is covered by broken glass. There is only one toilet in the men's room - the rest are urinals. The waiters are great at serving - thank you very much! There is no desire to order a banquet in this hall anymore.

I traveled for work, booked the ASTAM hotel on booking. Despite the fact that the hotel, in my opinion, has no stars, ASTAM pleased me with its magnificent view, friendly staff, hospitality and cleanliness.!!!
Out of 5 stars I put 5! I was impressed by the cozy, clean room with warm floors... The room has everything you need, a kettle, mineral water, chocolate, etc.
Breakfast is included, undoubtedly very pleasant and cozy.the room cost 8000 tenge and was booked at the booking office. I will definitely stop at ASTAM if I am passing through again.

The interior is very beautiful. It is clear that the owner spent a considerable amount to arrange everything beautifully. But, too, but. The room is very poorly cleaned. There's a piece of Snickers wrapper under the table, the dust is terrible. Look behind the chairs in the bedroom. The leather parts were not selected for two months. The base of the lamp on the bedside table is covered in dust. The mirror above is also dusty. The closet has never been looked at.
