Good location, a fairly spacious shopping center. But there are few tenants, the only plus is Ramstore, Detsky Mir, Sportmaster and Waikiki. It would have been possible to invite other shops and attendance would have increased, they would also have thought of some kind of playground for children and there would have been no price for this area, I am sure with the onset of cold weather parents would have brought their children. In general, the mall is empty, but you can reduce the rent and invite other brands.
