Working with the client is at zero. It can be seen that their s/p does not depend on sales. I came to look after the car, take a coupon, I took it, the manager will come to you in 5 minutes, no one in 15 minutes, I went to the manager to ask when he could pay attention to me, he replies that I have another client in front of me, i.e. the wait could stretch up to an hour. The manager also asked what kind of car he was interested in, said this and that, he replied, but there was none and left. Where is the work with the client? Suggest, advertise other cars of the same class? It sucks.

Refund the prepayment for the car is not refunded. They work with clients disgustingly . There is no connection with the customer support service. There is no answer to the phone. And I'm disabled 59% of the time. Terrible aster car.
