We ordered flowers for ourselves and friends of AstraOpt .After opening the parcel, they found some bouquets with an incomplete number of flowers (1-2 flowers are missing).They called the phone number listed on the website to solve the problem, but they answered in raised tones, were rude and hung up.
I will not order more there because of the inadequacy of sellers who do not check their goods before sending them to people and still have the audacity to be rude to customers.
