On the advice of friends from the hotel, we visited the restaurant "Wu Samui". Of course, we expected more, and the menu at first glance seemed boring and similar to other places in Sevan, BUT everything was delicious. The service is also at a decent level. The main thing is the view from the window - we watched low clouds and could hear the waves of Sevan crashing against the pier of the coastline.

The best place in Sevan!!! The views are gorgeous, the food is delicious, the prices are lower than in Yerevan!!! The only thing is that there is no microwave for heating cold food and Artsakh vodka (of any kind), the one that is offered instead of Artsakh tastes like moonshine and does not taste like apricot.

We stopped by for lunch. There are a lot of people. They asked about the table, they say you are lucky, there is a table inside. We're going up. Manager Arsen asks you to wait 10-15 minutes. And then complete chaos. People come after us, get tables. We've been waiting for half an hour. Then we just sit down at the empty dirty table, because we hear him promising it in Armenian to the girls who came half an hour later than us. The table was cleaned only after the scandal. In front of us, different people expressed dissatisfaction with Arsen on various occasions, he did not try to solve a single issue. If you don't like it, leave. The food is inexpensive, nothing special, at home, quite. But the 5 rating looks amazing. Complete chaos, flow, not comfortable.

We went downstairs, the manager specified where we wanted to sit on the street or inside. They said that inside (where we had already been)), went up again to the 2nd floor, looked at two rooms with tables, wanted to sit where there were no people, but the waiters were clearing the tables. As a result, the girl sent us to another room, apparently, so as not to clean up after us later, we ate delicious food, we did not wait long for food! Sevan lemonade is not recommended. Duchess is not the duchess we are used to, and neither is tarhun 😄

The restaurant is simple, but the food is delicious and inexpensive, large portions, the only expensive dish on the menu is local trout (15k per kilogram). We were alone with my husband. Trout, a couple of servings of other fish, salad, wine, soda cost about 20k, but without trout it would be twice cheaper. Very tasty homemade wine.
The only thing that would be cool to add is newer and more comfortable outdoor furniture. Otherwise, everything is fine, including the view of Sevan)

We were in early August with a family of 4 people, the food was just a bomb, we took 2 servings of whitefish (one whole fish is a portion) 2 servings of whitefish, 2 servings of chicken, 2 servings of barbecue, (loin 2 large pieces per serving) potatoes on the grill 2 servings,greens, bread, cheese, vegetable salad, ryazhan(homemade sour cream) tana 4 pieces, lemonade 4 pieces, baklava, they gave 22000 + 2000 to the waiter for everything(6000 rubles) so they put half of the order with them because they couldn't handle it because the portions are just huge!!! Sometimes it is impossible to distinguish waiters from customers who do not walk in uniform.
I ordered a whitefish on the grill, and I didn't like it — they cooked better in the eco-hotel where I lived.
I didn't understand the salad with pickled whitefish (the whitefish in it was very salty, not pickled).
I have not tried meat dishes, maybe such a large number of guests come for them.
The compote and bread were delicious.
❓Blankets can be taken if you freeze, but for a deposit (2000 AMD per blanket).
You have to pay at the checkout, somewhere behind the restaurant, in the kitchen area. I did not understand such a scheme.
