We stayed in the middle of September. On the plus side: good location, the beach is through an underpass, that's IT!!! I won't even prescribe about the fact that the houses are falling apart inside, but the saddest thing is that the houses with sound insulation seem to be made of cardboard, given that the road and cars are very audible nearby. No one observes the silence mode, if you are ready that drunk people will talk near your house at 4 a.m. and the staff will say that this is normal , then you are here . If you approach the guards with a request to somehow influence the music , songs and drunken yelling and hear that they come a third of the year and it 's still quiet , then you 're here . The management does not care about their residents , for the sake of money they are ready to confirm reservations for such people every year , while others suffer

Next is the dining room, where they cook very tasty, and what I liked more was this variety of dishes, the price is also surprising, low... we were with a dog, this is a big plus, the rooms were cleaned once
every 4 days, there is a washing machine on site and you will also be provided with powder, it is very convenient to carry it with you. The owners are very polite, they will not leave us without attention, they treat us as if we were their relatives, but this feeling has developed. We will definitely come back again, as we liked absolutely everything for our 10-day vacation

We just arrived, we were with children, the sea is nearby through an underground passage, The houses are clean, there is a hairdryer in every house, beach towels, an electric kettle, plates and cups if any problems reacted, it was immediately arranged, the dining room is nearby, the portions are large delicious, real homemade food, there are also cafes nearby, to the city center by minibus The owners of the hotel are kind and helpful people who will tell you and help in different life situations, what I didn't like was the noise from the road well, it's not the fault of the owners, the beach is sandy and pebbly, there is where to wash and change clothes to drink a beer, this is the charm of the beach over, will I go there again, yes, if possible

Hello everyone, I had a chance to visit this place, we lived for 6 days. Cozy individual houses, everything you need is there. Convenient gated parking. On the territory, each house has a swing bench, a Playground, a large lawn and a barbecue area. Adjacent is a dining room with a sufficient variety of dishes and reasonable prices. The sandy Mocha beach is within walking distance. Overall, we were satisfied.

In the houses: refrigerator, air conditioner, shower, toilet, beds, sockets, table. There is no microwave.
At night in early September 2023 it was 12 degrees. The houses are terribly cold at night at this temperature 😐
We took the heater, it turned out to be the last...
A canteen for 2 +.
Everything seems to be there, but there are questions about the quality of cooking.

We lived here on November 4-6, 2022 with a yoga tour. 2-bed warm clean houses, plus we were provided with a good cot for a third person. Good bed linen, towels, hair dryer, kettle, mugs, plates, sleeping system, electric heater, WiFi. There is a shared kitchen with a microwave. There is a large green lawn on the territory. The beach is across the street.

We had a rest with my husband in May 2022, I really liked it, the house has everything you need: toilet, shower, TV, hair dryer, table with chairs, decanter with glasses, kettle, air conditioning and heater.
