To be honest, either we are so lucky or the tour operator is super advanced, but we were lucky in everything with this company, the excursions are super, the guides are excellent humorous, very literate, I especially want to mention the guide RUSLAN who gave us a very interesting sightseeing tour of Baku at night, a very literate, erudite, well-read and noble person.Thank you for being there, for giving people positive and only positive emotions. I really liked the tour of Gobustan. Beautiful and historically significant places have been selected, mud volcanoes and an open-air museum were very much liked! I also want to note the professionalism of Ruslan's guide - he spoke competently, answered any question, in general, it is clear that he loves his city! Impressions from the agency, the guide and the tour are very positive!👌

We arrived in Baku from Khabarovsk. We were very lucky with the weather, the hotel (DaVinci), the travel company... We visited the tours Gobustan-Absheron and Guba-Shagdag. We saw a lot of interesting things and, most importantly, had a lot of fun with a girl guide named Syama. Information about all points of the visit was delivered competently, intelligibly, and patiently. We have received answers to all our questions, which concerned both the tour and many everyday issues. Many thanks to the guide Syama! And, more ...), for the purchase of 2 tours, a tour of evening Baku is free! It's nice!Prosperity to ATI TREVEL!!!

I took a tour of Gobustan - Absheron on 08/20.24. I liked both the organization and the excursion information. A comfortable minibus was picked up from the hotel, where there were already 5 English-speaking and 3 Russian-speaking tourists. Each group had its own guide. Our Russian-speaking group
was guided by Vusala, a very caring and erudite girl. The tour was for a whole day with lunch, we visited mud volcanoes, a burning mountain, the Zoroastrian Temple of Fire, the Gobustan Museum and the historical and archaeological reserve. And although there was a lot of information and objects, the tour was not tedious. The memories were the brightest. I highly recommend it.

The review of the tour "Gobustan-Absheron" (10/30.24)
is a good organization, they took it exactly on time from the KFC parking building, they did not look for anyone else in the city. All stops on the case, which are indicated in the booklet. There are no unnecessary commercial stops (those who have been to Turkey know). The proposed lunch is quite consistent with the lunch that you would have ordered on another day, everything is included in the price (you did not have to pay for anything, including drinks). Stops on the route: 1. Gobustan - mud volcanoes (transfer from the highway in separate cars, the child is delighted :-) ; 2. Gobustan Museum. 3. Gobustan is a nature reserve with petroglyphs. 4. Baku is the first oil rig. 5. Baku - Lunch. 6. Absheron - Ateshgah Temple of fire worshippers (museum). 7. Absheron - burning Yanardag Mountain (museum). We returned to the city at 16.30. The timing is strictly observed. We had a wonderful guide, Syama, who can conduct a tour without involving museum guides. The guide's story is in perfect proportion of science, humor and storytelling. We chose the ATI company because of Rustam's representative in the Ichyari-Sheher fortress, who presented the ATI company exclusively unobtrusively and politely, but effectively :-)
We were able to get on the tour by submitting an application in the evening of the previous day.
On our next trip, we plan to visit the Gabala excursion, everyone praises.

Not an excursion, but a complete disappointment.
Who would even think of making an excursion of this format?! There are 2 guides in the mini bus. And they are simultaneously trying to shout to their part of the tourists in different languages. That is, 2-4 people are talking at the same time in full voice, and sometimes almost shouting. I wanted to leave the tour after 15 minutes of this chaos. Noise, I can't hear anything.
There were several stops along the way. Moreover, sometimes the next stop was 10-15 minutes from the previous one and the driver needed to buy cigarettes. I suppose it would be possible to buy in advance and not waste tourists' time, because about 70% of the time we were driving, and we were not at the locations.
The locations themselves were not impressed. The Khizi Mountains were viewed from the highway. We did not climb the mountains.
Instead of the stated 11-12 hours, the tour was about 9 hours.
On the way back, the tourist was asked to leave near the old town due to traffic jams (a few kilometers from her hotel).
The guide was sometimes unable to answer questions about the covered topic.
As a result, a negative impression. I do not recommend it (especially considering its cost).
Lunch was normal.
It is advisable for the management to reconsider the format of tours and not spoil the impression of such a good country as Azerbaijan.

We took a walking tour of the Old City and a tour to Gabala. I liked everything. They gave me tea in the office. Tours were paid for by transfer from the Savings Bank at a good rate, "like on the Internet." An employee of the company suggested everything. Guides licensing.
I recommend.

For those who have never been on excursions at all, it will probably be fine. We didn't like the tour.
Read more: The first stop is the mosque. They quickly told you about the mosque itself, in general, they will tell you the same when selling the tour. You don't have to wait for more information.
The next stop is lunch. The guide, not hiding his happiness, says that this is the most interesting part of the tour. You will not see anything else in the city of Shamakhi. The guide will show you some places from the bus, if he does not forget and does not miss them, as it was with us.
After lunch, passing through forests / mountains / fields, you rush to the waterfall "7 beauties". More precisely, 4 beauties. When selling the tour, you will be promised to climb to the very top, no one will say that repairs are currently underway at the waterfall and you can only climb up to a maximum of 4 cascades.
We're going to the lake. 10 minutes to take photos by the lake, walk around the tourist "town" for about 15 minutes and back to the minibus. After that, we go to the cable car, which distinguishes the tour of this company from others offered to us. And of course it increases the cost in comparison with them. We arrive and find out that, unexpectedly, only the smallest segment of the cable car is working today. The rest are under repair and of course no one knew about it. The money for the cable car was not returned to anyone, although it was clearly cheaper.
The tour was in 2 languages. But it was not a problem for us, because we know both Russian and English. A very unpleasant situation awaited us at lunch, when in the minibus we were asked in Russian 2 times whether we eat mutton and other meat or not. And our friends from India have not been asked once. And when lunch was brought to everyone, the guys from India started asking the guide what kind of meat it was. Instead of explaining the type of meat, she told them in English, "I asked you 4 times if you eat everything." But no one has heard this. As a result, the guys ate soup and rice. They did not dare to eat meat. I didn't take the risk either, the sight and the "flavors" from the dish are not very pleasant. The guide didn't make friends with the group, we didn't even get to know each other. We spent 14 hours together with people whose names we don't even know. We returned back to Baku for about 4 hours. The guide moved away from the group to the front seat, listened to music, communicated via video with her family, thus cutting off any opportunity to ask her any additional question. It was a very difficult road. With a stop at the creepy "circus" with walking peacocks. Although it was a fun stop, peacocks walking freely are rarely seen.

I recently bought a tour of Gobustan Absheron. everything was just great, there was a gorgeous Kamal guide. He is very literate, speaks Russian well, and is ready to answer all questions. they drove us in a big, comfortable car. I am very pleased, I do not regret at all that I decided to visit Azerbaijan and buy a tour at Azerbaijan Travel International! I advise everyone!

We purchased a tour of Khizi-Shabran. The cost is 100 manat/person
As a gift, we received a sightseeing tour of Baku in the evening.
The evening tour left super emotions, the guide Kamal. An incredibly interesting person, we learned a lot of new things. The tour lasts 2 hours, absolutely not tedious.
No less impressions were expected from the excursion to the mountains.
Departure at 8 am, a long journey by minibus.
The first stop is pink lake, but for it to be pink, you need a temperature of 40 degrees of heat and a clear sky. The shore is disgustingly dirty. Bags, bottles, chicken legs, what not there. The lake is salty, salt is mined.
Then we stopped at the supermarket, buy water and something to eat there.
Then we came to the Kyzy Mountains, a beautiful colored mountain, a few minutes is enough to take photos.
After Kyza there was the mountain Beshbarmag. It offers a gorgeous view of the mountains and the sea. The stairs are narrow, it is quite difficult to climb.
After it, we drove for a long time to lunch, which is included in the tour. This is a complete failure. It's hard to call this place a cafe. The table was not set. The dishes are all different, the glasses are dirty. The whole group waited for lunch for more than 20 minutes.
Tough meat, salted rice. After lunch, tea was also waiting for a long time. The toilets are disgusting, no care for the guests. We spent more than an hour on this "lunch" without getting any pleasure.
The last point of the tour is the fortress of Chirag-gala, you need to go to it on the old fields. The road is bad, but the driver is rushing at high speed. Then you need to walk decently to the fortress and climb up to it by wooden stairs, which do not inspire confidence and are not safe.
This tour will be tedious for children and pensioners. To return to Baku-another 2 hours on the road.
I doubted how to rate the travel agency. The first sightseeing tour for 5+, the second for a three. The guide on the way told interesting facts about Azerbaijan.

We went on a tour to Shahdag on 09/21/24. The description of the tour in the brochure to some extent deceives expectations. First, on the brochure given to us by a smiling girl promoter near the Maiden Tower, a very dense forest was indicated as the point of visit (where there is a stop for lunch), and looking at this photo, you expect that there will be a long stop with the opportunity to walk in silence. In fact, this does not happen - you just stop for lunch among dozens of cafes and campgrounds along the road. By the way, the lunch was very satisfying - many could not even finish their portions. This is a big plus.
Then, for me, there were only disadvantages - in addition to the lack of an opportunity to walk through the forest, I did not like visiting the Jewish synagogue in the village of Krasnaya Sloboda. You enter a depressing settlement, drive up to the synagogue, and the guide tells you that you can not go inside, because due to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, it is currently under armed guard, consisting of several grinning machine-gun soldiers of menacing appearance, who also cannot be removed. In general, you will only have to be content with the opportunity to stand in front of the barrier and take pictures of the synagogue from afar, looking back at the soldiers. Why this stop is needed at all is not clear. She can be easily removed from the tour, and he will only benefit from it.
Then there is a stop in Shahdag. Your description on the website indicates that the stop lasts 2 hours, in fact - only 1.5 hours. If you think that you will have time to attend at least two activities, no, you will be able to devote time to only one of them. The most normal one available is an attraction a la roller coaster with a high-speed descent in trailers along a looping monorail. Because of this, 70% of the resort's visitors go there, so you will spend a total of 40-50 minutes in a queue there and back (first in the queue for the ascent, then for the descent). Further, due to the fact that there are many visitors, a traffic jam is created on the monorail from trailers, so you may not be able to accelerate - and you will give 25 MNT per person to somehow go down the monorail in 10 minutes. We were lucky - in such a situation, at the end of the descent, we were lucky enough to be next to the Azerbaijani guys, who were able to re-enter for free - for themselves and for those who, like us, were dissatisfied. The second time we managed to gain speed, and the descent really caused a lot of positive emotions.
The previous two points were controversial, this is the individual perception of the tour and the expectations of a particular person, so finally, I have the most important complaint to the guide. Our guide's name was Ashraf, and he was more of a corporate or wedding host than a guide. The presentation of information is extremely specific - a huge number of unfunny jokes, said out of place, some constant attempts at inept flirtation with women in the car (the guide is not embarrassed even by the presence of the husbands of these women nearby). Information was provided extremely sparsely, and sometimes it was even impossible to understand whether it was another stupid joke or a really interesting historical fact with a share of artistic embellishment. It was often felt that Ashraf simply did not know the answer to the question and was trying to cover up his ignorance with scant humor. For example, the question why the Jewish synagogue has 6 domes was answered in the spirit of "yes, they just decided to do so." It will become clear to a person who is at least somewhat interested in architecture and history that this simply cannot be. In the Agate Mountains, the guide warned us about snakes that might get in the way, and to the question "do you have an antidote with you?" the answer was "and I am like an antidote." The probability of running into a snake is extremely low, but still keep in mind that in case of an emergency, no one will help you, and the jokes of the guide will definitely not save you.
In Shahdag, the guide gave us 1.5 hours of activity time, but, as I said above, due to the failed descent and re-arrival, two more guys and I had about 2 hours - so on our return, Ashraf pointed out this fact to us two or three times, so that, apparently, we felt to blame for the fact that the group will return to the city 37 minutes longer than planned. Perhaps there is a factor here that someone could have an evening flight from the airport, and such a delay could be critical, but in our case this did not happen. From this it is concluded that the guide just wanted to be at home as early as possible, ignoring the wishes of the guests to fully spend time in Shahdag, which they reached half a day.
To summarize my impressions: Ashraf is just a man on a salary who leads excursions along this route without any interest in his business.
The tour itself is a C-plus, overall we were satisfied, but not to say that we are satisfied.

I bought two excursions, the evening Baku was given as a gift. I went on an excursion to Gobustan-Absheron and to Schamakhi-Gabala. Both tours with the same guide. Not very qualified. Different excursions, but the story is the same. In essence, the excursions were obviously superficial, some questions were answered with "I don't know". In general, if you have time, you can go, but without much expectation.

We were on an evening tour of Baku. Nothing, just accompany me and take a ride in the car, pre-fed dinner. The guide is uninteresting, smokes, was silent on the bus, took pictures and that's it, for 50 manats. If you knew, you wouldn't go anywhere, it's a completely useless tour, it's easier to walk around and read on the Internet. March 20, 2024

We took two bus excursions, 1. Shamakhi, Gabala and the cable car to Tufandag and 2. Absheron plus Gobustan. For two exclusions for 2 days, they gave 400 manats for two. The price of tours includes transfers, entrance tickets to all mosques, museums and mausoleums, lunches and guide services. The bus is comfortable. The lunch in the first excursion is disgusting, and in the second it is good. In general, we received positive emotions, especially in the mountains, but it is expensive, not all guides have the necessary knowledge and ability to submit them. In the store on the way to Gabala (honey house) strongly recommend buying everything. It is not worth doing this, the prices are inflated several times. For example, wine bought there for 20 manats in the Bravo supermarket in Baku itself costs a little more than 3 manats!!!

On New Year's holidays, we used the services of this company. We were very satisfied. They work organized and even. We felt the attention from the first minutes of our stay on Azerbaijani soil. Despite the early morning (our plane arrived at 5.30 am), we were met and taken to the hotel. Since we were buying a tour for 8 days, all the excursions were distributed among us. Professional guides who love their country and try to convey a piece of this love to tourists worked with us every day. The food during the excursions was varied and delicious. Thanks to all employees of the company!!!
