Since I travel outside Istanbul often, I use an intercity bus and take the bus from here. Dec. I have to say it's not a very comfortable place

It is too small to be called a terminal, it is an intercity bus stop around which both pedestrian and car traffic is chaotic. If possible, I recommend that you take the bus from another point and not from this du stop.
