Terrible service, on the 10th I brought in to tame my trousers, they said they would be ready on 15-16, I came on 17, nothing is ready. We agreed on 20, I come on 21- NOTHING IS READY. "Wait 15 minutes, take a walk, I'll do everything." I arrive in half an hour, no one has taken up the order. If the load is high and one person is working, do not take up the order and do not fool people's heads. I do not advise anyone and I will not apply for anything else.

I bought a dress at Reserved and brought it from the store immediately for repair. I don't like the decor in the form of beads on the straps and the sloppy seam at the bottom, I really wanted to put it in order. Knots are tied on the straps at the place where the beads are attached. That is, you need to undo the straps, untie the knots, remove the beads, and sew the straps into place. As soon as the woman heard what needed to be done, she immediately began, without listening to the rest, to say that she would not do it. I didn't understand what the problem was, I ask, is it technically difficult? At first, she began to say that she had allegedly already received such a dress and that she had spent two hours on it, since then she has not taken up knots. I think, well, maybe some kind of difficulty is to untie those that are tightly tied... untied one with her. She demonstrated that they are easy to untie, and that the inside of the strap is not wrinkled, that is, the appearance of the dress will remain. After that, she began to say that I hadn't really untied the knot to the end, and that she wouldn't do it in principle, that I could consider it her fad. And all this in a strange, nervous way. I didn't understand what was going on right away. Then, when she had already left, she realized that, apparently, there is some kind of sign that prevents a person from doing his job. At the same time, there were no solutions like that, so that she would open the straps in front of me, and I would untie these unfortunate knots myself. Or she could suggest sewing on other straps made of the same material. It is very unpleasant that the meaningless conversation lasted so long, because I really offered a solution to the issue and clarified exactly what the technical difficulty was (in order to decide whether to look for another studio or it is somehow difficult for all specialists and no one will undertake it). I am shocked that in 2024 there are people who behave like this, and they are also very nervous about simple requests for clothing repairs. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste from the conversation, the feeling that they were trying to kick you out with a wet rag. I don't recommend this place to anyone. If this dialogue had not happened, I would not have believed in the rest of the negative reviews on Yandex, but now I can imagine all these stories very vividly.

I applied for a service to shorten my pants (palazzo). The woman began to communicate in a very tactless manner, said, "What, did you buy this for sharyvary?" You need a size smaller, I kept sighing and pulling them up and down. A couple of weeks later, my mom went there to shorten her pants. The same lovely woman greeted her with the words, "What did you buy?" Why such pants?
Mom says, "what I bought, I bought... ( palazzo pants)
She started pulling those pants up and down with a very funny face, too. Mom really couldn't stand it, she said, "No thanks. And she left. I don't understand why she comments on what a person has bought, the seamstress's task is just to fulfill the order, silently. And there is such rudeness and lack of tact.

I have never seen a more indifferent attitude towards clients and my work. I gave my things to shorten. They took it with the condition of cooking almost a week later. I called before I went to pick it up. The answer startled me. Nothing has been done, and besides, I have to call the master in two days and clarify when she deigns to take my order to work. I took my things. They were lying on the floor with many other unfulfilled orders. If you save your nerves and your time, this is the wrong place and the wrong people to cooperate with them.

Disgusting dry cleaning! I never write reviews, but this will be an exception.
I brought my coat to the dry cleaners and asked to sew the lining (2cm of stitching), to which the employee told me "girl" I will immediately take an application only for cleaning the coat, because we will not remember what needs to be sewn and we will lose🤦🏻♀️
To which I asked: "do I need to come 2 times and hand over my coat to be sewn up?"
To which I was answered: "I do not know, I do not know anything at all, but they will lose"
Who will lose? What will he lose? - I don 't understand . In the end, she said yes, she would have to come again 😂
All this became mega-suspicious and I asked if everything would be okay with my coat if I left it?
They told me: "I don't know, I'm only making an application, I can't give you a guarantee"
*** they take money, but they don't give a guarantee for work! What the hell is this?
When will people start working normally instead of sending their clients? When will they finally realize that people need a service? Then they will pay more and with pleasure!
In short, don't waste your time and don't even go there!

I came to this atelier to squeeze a coat for dry cleaning, said hello and indicated my wish, to which the girl said:
- Yes, just a minute.
This minute lasted about 10 minutes, I just stood in the studio and watched as the girl lined her pants, first one, and then moved on to the second. That was the end of my patience, I realized that no one needed me here, and even more so, no one gave up my coat here.

We gave away the jeans, to change the zipper. They left a number, they said they would dial it when it was ready. As a result, we came in a couple of days later, because there was no call. The woman said that she had just come on shift after the weekend, did not know anything, would sort everything out and dial. Accordingly, no call was received. And only after 12 days, almost two weeks, the jeans were ready. They said to come in at any time and pick it up. And as a result, it turned out to be not so easy: we went for jeans at 17.40, and there is a sign on the door saying "Break until 18.15". The price of replacing the zipper is 23 rubles!!! In another studio, the price for the same work was 9 rubles. 6 rubles for work, 3 rubles for a new zipper. And they did it not for two weeks, but for one day. It's a pity that the studio is not near the house anymore. I do not recommend this place to anyone
