Brazen and boorish communication between the staff and the client. I do not recommend it.

I used the services of this office in order to replace the buttons in my jacket. I chose nickel buttons (glossy without scratches). I came to pick it up - all the buttons were scratched and looked like used ones.
The master said it wasn't my fault that our device does this (which I didn't warn you about).
I do not recommend this studio.
