We took a room for 2 days. We ordered one room through booking, we were given another.
There was no hot water, it appeared on the third day, when we were already leaving. With a small child, such conditions are not convenient. The room had a refrigerator, TV, slippers, soap and mini shampoo, splitka, wi-fi .There was no towel, no kettle, and no glasses. The floor was dirty. Apparently, they clean under the beds once a month. The toilet didn't work, you had to constantly remove the toilet lid to press the button. The usual faucet did not work in the shower, only the watering can.
4 for the fact that not everything was killed, and that there was a place to spend the night, for a split, Wi-Fi and clean linen.
There is a common area for lunch, there are glasses, forks and so on. There is always hot water for tea, Sugar, tea leaves (not in the room, only in the common area) and there is a shared refrigerator. The store is a 15-minute walk away. There is a construction site everywhere nearby.
The reception staff is friendly +-
They speak a little Russian, it's convenient.

The staff is very friendly and friendly helped in all matters. The rooms are clean, but the renovation is already too old, it would not hurt to update. My room smelled of sewage

Very nice place, cheap and comfortable. For a small amount, very good accommodation, cozy. I was on vacation with my family and we really liked it there. The service is excellent, you can eat and drink tea or coffee.There is Parking, there is a separate court for sports. I recommend you to visit this place. Be satisfied.

Parking is "terrible" - football teams gather almost every evening and a simple tourist will have to ride somewhere until everyone leaves to park. The rooms are smoky and wi-fi almost does not catch. Pros-the price for such an offer is one of the lowest
