The administrators are friendly and helpful.

A wonderful hall! I've been walking for a year now, I really like everything. Polite staff, clean gym and changing rooms , there are all necessary equipment, tracks, dumbbells, near the metro.
The Vibe and friendly atmosphere, the administrators are just wonderful, they will prompt and explain everything, there are all the necessary simulators, tracks, dumbbells, etc.Special respect for the playlist in the hall)
I also want to advise Pavel Olegovich, an MMA and individual training coach, will find an approach to everyone where it is necessary to give a "kick", point out mistakes and always tell in detail what should be changed, which gives its excellent results, I could not gain weight before, how I began to listen and do what he says long-awaited + 5 kg our common little victory , it 's nice when the coach is also involved in the training process , and does not give up on you . Convenient location, 10 minutes from Pushkinskaya metro station. Friendly and caring staff, there is all the necessary equipment.
Special thanks to MMA coach Pavel Shamonin, his attentiveness and care are amazing, he knows his job perfectly, responsive and punctual. He gives his best in training, gives good recommendations and supports outside the gym. The coach you run to for training and I am sure that everything will be at the highest level.
If you still have doubts, then you should pay attention to his regalia and achievements.
It also has a high level of customer orientation. He is in awe of both physical characteristics and emotional state.
Well, a nice bonus is a sense of humor, it's on top!

I can say with confidence that this is a great place to practice sports. The equipment is always in good condition, the atmosphere is friendly and motivating.
I especially want to highlight the MMA coach, Pavel. He is not only a professional in his field, but also a very kind and attentive person. During classes, he always treats the health of clients with great responsibility, helps to perform exercises correctly, monitors the technique and adjusts the program to the individual needs of everyone. A cozy gym, there are enough exercise machines for everyone, good and suitable music is playing. There is a shower, toilet, lockers - everything is in good condition. Excellent and experienced coaches. I am engaged in boxing with Pavel's coach individually.Finds an individual approach, explains everything clearly and, if necessary, patiently repeats everything again. And most importantly, the result is visible. I highly recommend it.

A great gym with wonderful, responsive and attentive coaches. There is "its own atmosphere" in the hall, for which it is worth traveling through half the city! There are all the necessary simulators, at the same time you never have to stand in long queues for the projectile that you need. The hall is multidisciplinary. In addition to "pulling iron", I have been attending individual boxing classes for 3.5 years (and this says a lot!). Special respect to Klimko's coaches Alexey and Novak Arthur! I definitely recommend it!

Nice gym. The most important factor is that there are no queues for simulators and it is always comfortable to practice. I was in other halls. What's in Adrenaline, what's in Tangerine on 1 sq. m. 3 people. There is always a comfortable number of people here, even in the evening.
