For that kind of money, you can do better! Big move, definitely not about relaxation! The child fell ill with Coxsackie. The toilet bucket in the room was not cleaned when checking in. And for several days the toilet smelled of sewage could not be eliminated! At the reception, superior rooms were imposed upon check-in. There is nothing much to do with a child under 4 years old.

The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars from the word at all. First of all, it is the service, the absolute bottom, I have not met this in any hotel in the world, and even more so here on the Black Sea. When checking in, there was a queue at the reception for about 20 minutes. Then they tried to give us a room without a balcony and a view of the wrong side of the hotel. We changed the room for another half hour, got a balcony, but no sea view. For another hour, our suitcases were delivered to our room, at one point we already thought that they were missing. Then we wanted to eat, it turned out that at 3-4 o'clock in the afternoon there was absolutely no place to eat, because all restaurants are closed and you can only eat near the pool. We went there and the only joy for us was that we didn't get poisoned, because the food was disgusting, the worst fast food in my life (some kind of lamb roll with the taste of a cat) for a lot of money. In general, food of not the highest quality is more expensive than in real good 5-star hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. By the way, no one escorted us to the room at check-in, either. For 5 stars, this is unacceptable, I have never seen such a thing in my life. The whole hotel is full of shops, restaurants, crowds of people walk. It feels like you live in a shopping mall. Relax and solitude are not expected here, for some reason, upon arrival here, I immediately wanted to drink vodka, although I haven't had such a desire for 5 years. Then there is one pool for the whole big hotel, everything is like herrings in a barrel. The water park is a separate money. The sand on the beach and in the sea is covered with stones and shells, if you swim, then only in slippers. The sea stinks of mud, as it probably does on the whole Palm Tree, because the water is almost stagnant. The room is more or less normal, but the balcony has not been washed, probably, since the construction. There are several floors where you can climb to the next balcony in one movement or realize that a neighbor in swimming trunks is standing a meter away from you and looks at you, creating a sense of a hostel. Do not take the second floor if you still have the desire to come here. In general, if the hotel cost 3 times cheaper, then it could somehow be tolerated . P.S. any hotel in Sochi at Grandma Seranush is much better and more customer-oriented than this one.

The hotel is high (22 floors), but there are 7 elevators in one tower, so you don't have to wait long. 3. The territory is large and you can find entertainment for yourself. I didn't find anything interesting outside the territory. You can move to the other shore to a new entertainment venue , The Pointe . There are the largest singing fountains in the area. 4. Every day, going to breakfast or the beach, you will pass by an aquarium with a height of 5m. It can 't get boring . 5. The whole Buffet system now works according to the principle: "I pointed with my finger, they imposed on you." You can't even touch the fruit yourself. 6. The wearing of the mask is monitored and always ready to give out if you forgot / lost / ate. 7. There are already towels on each sunbed on the beach, there is a waiter call button, lifeguards are on duty 8. Everything is the same near the pools, but you can also take life jackets for kids. 9. Taxi from the hotel works only on the counter without cheating (the very fact of boarding is already 5 AED, then how much you will hit). Here with this strictly.Even Uber is required to have a taximeter. They don't bother about child seats, although the law is harsh. What is good about living in the East Tower 1. Unlike the Western Tower, you will not see or hear helicopters landing every 15 minutes. 7. Of the cons: very impudent crows!!
